This is the best dealer we have ever dealt with. Tyler sold us a pre certified charger. He was extremely patient, friendly, answered about a million questions from me. He was the best, and I will definitely make the drive again from Chandler to Surprise when buying another car again. Great experience!! We love the car!!

The customer service and Service Department is great at...

The customer service and Service Department is great at LHM-Surprise. I scheduled a lube & oil appointment w/tire rotation. Text messages are sent throughout the day to keep you updated. I was happy to know they would schedule Uber to take me to work so no time lost. At pick up, it was nice to know they even took the time to wash my Jeep after service. I appreciate the professionalism at LHM. I purchased the package of 3 and received coupons for service and parts if needed in the future. Thanks to Judd Kall who made the experience exceptional!

I had a door lock mount broken on my Jeep, I took it over...

I had a door lock mount broken on my Jeep, I took it over to Larry H Miller and worked with Levi Sainz in the service department. He took a quick look and knew exactly what I was talking about! He got the part ordered right away! When the part came in, he helped me install it and took maybe 5 minutes. I would recommend going to see Levi for all your service needs!

Larry H Miller Dodge - Surprise is my favorite dealership...

Larry H Miller Dodge - Surprise is my favorite dealership in the Valley. This is my 3rd purchase from the dealership. Sales was great, and finance was quick and painless. We had an excellent and smooth purchase. Marsena made the process very easy for me and was extremely knowledgeable on the Pacifica. She was also extremely quick to respond and answer all of my questions and concerns. I really enjoyed working with her, and would recommend her to anyone. I have never experienced such an easy purchase in all of the years I have purchased cars. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car.

My truck had an ABS warning and the brakes kept locking...

My truck had an ABS warning and the brakes kept locking up. Took it in without an appointment as it was unsafe to drive. Waited 45 minutes for a tech to even intake the truck as only a “certified warranty service tech” could assist me. Meanwhile, multiple people sat around, talked about there date from the night before, played with a toy and basically did nothing. Finally, my trick was checked in and I asked for the repair and an oil change (I have a prepaid oil service with the dealer). Next day no call, so I called right before close only to be told nothing had been done and it would be the next day. The next day comes and I’m told they need to keep it 4 more days. So, 6 days without a vehicle and no loaner or in sorry for delays or anything. Finally, I go to get my truck and had to wait, again, for 30 minutes before a service person said my tech was too busy and gave me my keys. No recap on work. No oil change. Nada. Worst service ever!!Sad that you buy a 60K truck and it has issues (twice) that need repair in its first year and the service team can’t even make THAT experience decent.

I will be back tomorrow as you didn’t fix the issue. Exact same problem still exists and your team wasn’t very thorough in diagnosing or solving. Hopefully this time they will get it right and solve it. Based on your “cut/paste” response and lack of concern, I have doubts.
