Kyle was great to work with! Re-scheduled my appointment, and got the service done ahead of schedule. The internet scheduling did NOT have me on their schedule when I arrived the first time although I was confirmed by text message. Strange

Quick and Reliable

My parents have been going to this dealership for over 6 years. We have had over 4 cars with Larry Miller Surprise. Jerry is honestly the reason we come back here! He is not just a "Car Sales Man" He is a true friend to our family. We met him from buying our first car here

Took my grand Cherokee in, the oil pressure sensor went...

Took my grand Cherokee in, the oil pressure sensor went out as a result I needed that plus lifters and rocker arms. Had it back in 24 hours.

Great Service

Bad customer service - did not get what we were promised...

Bad customer service - did not get what we were promised - Manager chews tobacco and drools all over himself while talking to customers. Called my husband a liar essentially and accused him of trying to scam services on a used vehicle when in fact we bought a BRAND new vehicle - they also messed up the registration process when we bought the vehicle -

New Purchase

A MATCHLESS EXPERIENCE

The staff at Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Surprise, AZ is absolutely fantastic! They are very transparent with their intentions and extremely helpful in their explanations (i.e. knowledge of vehicles, financing, etc.). In comparison to my experience at other dealerships, LHM CJDR is matchless. They are personable and seemingly truly care about their customers. Kyle was very diligent in helping me find my dream car and made the beginning stages of my research a breeze. Jake's candor on pricing and outlining comparisons to additional vehicles and warranties in the market space helped me understand exactly what I was purchasing and the value I was receiving -- he is also an all around genuine person! Jorge, of the finance department, made what is usually the least enjoyable portion of purchasing (...sorry, Jorge), dare I say enjoyable! Very thorough and willing to work through the math, he added another level of care to my purchase that I do not believe I will see elsewhere. All in all, my experience was great and I would highly recommend LHM CJDR in Surprise, AZ to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. A big shout out to the staff for all their help!

Went in for an oil change I was told it would take about...

Went in for an oil change I was told it would take about an hour. 55 minutes later my vehicle was done even cleaned and dryed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I even walked outside and looked at vehicles salesperson asked if I needed help, but no pressure, I love that. I will continue to be a Larry H Miller Dodge customer as long as I receive great customer experience as I did yesterday. Thank you for the great service.
