For my first visit to get an oil change for my mini-RV...

For my first visit to get an oil change for my mini-RV (Promaster 2500), I was pleased to create an appointment online. The first empkoyee I encountered was friendly as he escorted me yo the service area and introduced me to an advidor. Everyone was polite and helpful. The time required matched theit estimates, and I was advised of two pending recalls. It was disappointing to learn that the recall service -- which cannot be performed yet -- will require me to take the vehicle to another location

Oil change and tire rotation

After a tire rotation, all tires should be checked for proper air pressure. You shouldn't have to come back two days later to have the "low tire pressure light" removed because one tire has low pressure. fr

oil change

pulled in no waiting , got an oil change, tire rotation and the jeep was washed all in under less then 45 minutes, perfect well done
