Could not ask for a better experience. All personnel were very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Service was prompt and efficient. Atmosphere was relaxing and customer service was exponentially above standards. I would like to thank Kaeland Thomas for his assistance and expertise in helping me make a decision on my purchase and for his patience and understanding. Special thanks to Brandon layman, very courteous, professional and provided immediate answers to my questions and concerns. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by personally delivering my new vehicle to my home. His communication skills, knowledge and character made it a pleasure to work with him. This is an experience that I will definently tell people about and encourage them to become part of the Larry H Miller family.

Great Buying experience!
I have bought several cars in my lifetime, and after buying my wife's vehicle here a couple years ago at LHM Surprise, we knew they would be our dealership of choice moving forward. This time around we returned to buy my vehicle. The team here strove to meet our needs and desires. In the end I walked out with the truck I wanted within my budget. oil change
On the three oil change plan which I will renew. Every time I call in to make an appointment it's quick and speedy service. Oil change, tire rotation and even a free truck wash in under 45 mins! Comfortable waiting area with a few free goodies. Very clean bathrooms. This will be my spot for my scheduled recommended service when the time comes.

I was able to get my JK in for service and warranty work...
I was able to get my JK in for service and warranty work quickly. Tom addressed all of my concerns. I had been bringing my JK here for service when I bought it but changed dealerships when I moved. I have concerns with the other dealership and will pony up the additional time/mileage to bring it back here for competent service.

Outstanding service!
Took my Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil change and tire rotation. I dealt with Scarlett Padilla during my service visit. She was outstanding! Several times she kept me informed of where my vehicle was in the service process. After the Multi-Point Inspection she showed me where I needed to replace my air and cabin filters. She told me what the cost would be to replace. I had them replaced. The service Experience at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Surprise was a solid 10!

My possible major problem turned out to be not too serious. Service Department handled it perfectly. I was told initially that they suspected it wouldn't be serious and they were right.
