Excellent Service

Had the best auto service experience at LHM Dodge. Levi took great care of my car. He was very thorough in explaining my options with no pressure. I recommend LHM Dodge Service Department. If you need service ask for Levi Sainz.

Treated as if i were Family

I gave Carol and Kaleb my parameters that she had to work with and she did that and more. She even came and picked me up at my home, and would have taken me back home if I didn't find what I needed. Ha..I got to drive myself home. In 6 months my brother will be purchasing his retirement vehicle with her when the time comes.

Great Experience

Andy Nix was fantastic - told Andy the deal I wanted to make and what vehicle I was looking at (Ram Laramie) and he made it happen. Drove to the dealership and was driving home 2 hours later.

Oil change and tire rotation

Terrible Management

Everyone was great EXCEPT MANAGEMENT. Bullying attitude, useless and altogether unfriendly person. I will never buy from any Larry Miller establishment again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Happy customer

Had to replace the transmission on my van after the previous owner had voided the warranty with faulty repair work. Service rep Duane was a pleasure to work with. Kept me informed on the progress of the repair and even checked to see how we could save some money. Completed the repair on time and at a lower cost than he earlier quoted. Haven't had the most pleasant experience with some dealers in the past but my experience with Larry Miller in Surprise was excellent. Would not hesitate to use them again for service work.

Buying a used Jeep

The wife wanted one of there Jeeps and we are upside down in our car they gave us the smoking deal without a bunch of hassle they did an outstanding job ... this is the third car I’ve bought from Larry Miller and I will continue to buy cars from Larry Miller...

Service Excellence

We took our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Surprise to get our left side sliding door evaluated as it was making some odd noise and would occasionally not shut/re-open when we used the interior button. As per normal, were arrived a little early for the appointment, and the staff was fantastic. Michael Queen our service representative listened took notes and provided a time estimated with explanation of the procedure to identify and correct the problem. He then got me a ride home as it would take several hours. He later called me a little earlier than expected and informed me that they had found and fixed the issue on that door, but also check the right side door and determined that module also needed replacing, although it was not yet as bad as the left door. The had the one module so they had replaced the left door and ordered the right door module replacement. When we picked up the vehicle later that day, he again went over the issue in detail and let us know they would call when the other module was received and schedule the repair date/time. This was a warranty issue and was part of the explanation. We have had Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth minivans since 1988. Being retired military, have dealt with dealers in Virginia, Maryland, Hawaii, Virginia, Colorado, and New Mexico. All of the dealerships were good, but Larry H Miller's Surprise AZ Chrysler dealership and Adams Chrysler in Annapolis MD both exceeded our high expectations immensely and we will use and recommend them to everyone we meet in the future. As a customer, I could want more!!!
