Redtruck

Absolute trash. Sold the car I was looking at and didn’t tell me. Didn’t see the listing so I called him and he told me it sold. Almost drove an hour for no reason.

Terrible

Not professional at all. I saw the reviews which were not great. I went anyway. They sent me back to PA without temporary license plates. The car needed an oil change. Not sure how one can test drive with absolutely no gas in the car. I went up the street and realized I might not make it back. The license plate lights did not work at all had to get a whole new console which he said was just a bulb.

Don't waste your money

Huge waste of my time and money. Drove it home 2 weeks ago and it has sat ever since. Transmission fluid all over my driveway. It was never serviced.. They buy at auction half way detailed it and put it on the lot. Don't waste your money here. I wouldn't even buy a bicycle from them.

Dodge Dakota was not what was advertised

The vehicle was advertised as "drives like new" yet there was serious problems with the brakes, power steering and a road noise that was frightening. We had intended on driving the vehicle 160 miles home. We did not buy it as it was not road worthy. I will say that they refunded my down payment. So if they are bad at advertising at least they were honest enough to do that.

Second car bought from Prime!! Excellent

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

Another Lemon Sold

Long story short, dealer sold us a 07 jeep grand Cherokee with lower miles, we just reached the 30 day mark and guess what!? Sitting at a transmission shop, transmission is bad and will need alot of work. Upon buying this vehicle as a winter transportation I should of known. When trading in a vehicle on top of this purchase they backed into our trade in vehicle and damage it a new vehicle. They agreed to fix it and still do the trade however, my gf picked up the car that she purchase unknowingly not noticing the poor handicap attempt at bondo and paint. Now we are looking at 1500-2500 dollars to be on working condition would love to get a hold of this class action against this dealer and owner.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

JUNK!!!! Sold my 18yr old son a mthr xx lemon!! 1 month ago my son bought his first big purchase...a $8,000 piece of xxxx!! Head gasket blown. Gasket sealant in the xxxx oil!!! They KNEW what they were doing! Owner ALEX refuse to fix or refund!!!! I'm absolutely outraged and I WILL be heard and they WILL pay one way or the other!!! NEVER screw with a mother's son!!

Hides behind the "As Is" contract they sneak in

Bought a 2009 Dodge Ram from them after seeing it on Facebook Marketplace. Drove a hour to see a truck advertised as "Runs and Drives Great" and "No Mechanical Issue's". In private messages the guy said the CEL was on and it only had one bubble of rust. When I get to the dealer and see the truck The Check Engine light was flashing and it had a exhaust leak. A scanner reveals the P0304 code for a misfire. I bring it up and they give me a better deal on the truck. A simple coil pack or tune up normally fixes this issue but it turns out that the lifters are junk and wore out the cam. It's a $4300 job to be done buy a proper Technician with the right parts. The owners were not very friendly to talk to and stated that it's not their problem since I signed a "As Is" contract. I asked for my money back or some help with the repair. While looking into the dealer its public knowledge that they have 23 active complaints filed with the Attorney General's Office and when that was brought up they stated that they simple don't care. To me that is not the proper way to treat your customers. So they get one star because no stars Isnt a option. Also within 72 hours (Bought Saturday, Issues Monday) contact about the issue and another issue happened. The Serpentine Belt tensioner froze up and took the belt with it. So buyers beware the negative reviews and take them into effect. They did have some nice cars on the lot but if you have issues soon after they will take no responsibility.

Bad transmission

this dealer sold me a car that had no issues and no lights. The very next day the transmission light went on saying it wasn't working and needed service. Took it to a transmission shop and it actually needs to be rebuilt. This dealer will not pay for it. In fact they got angry about it. Stay away, they are dishonest.

Great Eperience !

Very helpful in answering all question in a professional honest way. The dealership was a pleasant experience. Would recommend to otherslooking for a car 4-6 thousand.
