He didn’t just reach out — he locked in and made the whole process seamless. Every step of the way he held it down, kept me in the loop, and moved with straight-up integrity. No runaround, no ghosting, just solid follow-through and a vibe that felt optimized from the jump. He promised I’d be driving my selected vehicle in a couple hours, and I was like, “bet, we’ll see.” Two hours later I was literally gripping the wheel, playlist ready, mood maxed. Bait and switch dealer!! They have been reported to CA DMV and attorney generals office. They lost a vehicle and once you want to close a deal they jack the price! STAY AWAY!!!

I'll never purchase here again. Bought a used Kia Sportage for my daughter. The whole process was difficult. Took way too long and then they pushed me to finance it when I wanted to pay cash "because it helps their credit rating with the finance company". Never again. But the worst part 2 weeks later we discovered the back seat window would not roll down. You could hear the regulator trying but something was wrong.....I called my sales guy Damien and he said yeah let me set up appointment for you I'll get back to you. I had to chase him down again then he told me "the used car manager said sorry can't help you we did a full checklist and everything passed". So you won't even look at it maybe an easy fix. Well there is a charge for that it's not covered"....WHAT? I just spent 21k! So much for taking care of the customer. I told Damien to have his sales supervisor Raul call me.....no call still waiting. That was 2 weeks ago. I would NEVER treat a customer like that. Going to tell everyone I know and post this review everywhere. All they had to do was check it for me but nope. Make sure you check that all the windows work before you leave! Thanks for the terrible experience! ZERO stars

Temecula Nissan advertised a Dodge Challenger for $9,800 on Cars.com and their website. I went in ready to pay cash at the advertised price and was told I could not buy the car unless I agreed to over $5,000 in mandatory add-ons (alarm, tint, nitrogen tires, paint protection). Advertising one price and refusing to sell it unless you pay thousands more is bait and switch. Buyers beware these dirtbags are scammers!
