Great car buying experience!!
Right from the start I was greeted by a welcoming Sales associate. Sanela "Sunny" greeted me at the door and directed me to the vehicle I was interested in. She was very patient with me as I thoroughly inspected the vehicle and took it for a test drive. She answered most of the questions I had. When we were able to reach a deal, I was asked to ring the honorary "sales bell." It was a nice touch and made me feel special as the sales team cheered me on. Sanela even went out of her way to drive me to the nearest bank so I could gather the funds I needed for the purchase. That was very helpful since I was 50 miles away from home. After further inspection, I did have to bring the car back for some repairs the next day. The service dept agreed to fix everything that was an issue. They gave me a free rental for a couple days while my car was being fixed. My car is now all fixed and runs great. In the end I got a GREAT DEAL! It was worth driving the 100 miles round trip to get my dream car!! Thank You Commonwealth Motors!!

The dealership was immaculate.
The personnel were extremely polite, attentive and made you feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped out of my car during the buying process and up until I drove away. It was my best car buying experience.

Honesty, Integrity, and Customer Service-Oriented!
This is my first experience leasing a car. Jovel Ortega seemed very honest and knowledgable and was very encouraging, especially when the original deal I thought I had with a Kia, seemed to dissolve. He introduced me to Lamar, the Nissan Sales manager, who was also very honest and fair as he made several calls to Shaun at the Kia dealership, to facilitate getting the Kia at the quoted price. Unfortunately I was informed by Shaun at Kia, my credit score precluded me from getting the Kia, and I was encouraged by Jovel to lease the Nissan which I did. Eric Krist was very helpful with facilitating my lease and gave a me some important and useful information during the final process. I have already recommended several people to Commonwealth.

The service expert Eric Raimondo who performed my oil change and 5 point inspection was excellent. He was well versed and very knowledgable and also personable. He did an excellent job and I trust him working on my vehicle anytime.
