From the first day I made the call inquiring about the auto of my choice, he was constant, he was constantly keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle. When I went in to look at the vehicle he was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions about its features, products and history. Some questions I had he was honest and said" I'm not sure, let me ask" and I thought that was a good thing to do. You could easily tell that he cared about what we wanted and we thought. We ended up buying a Golf, and I could not be happier. Zhong did such an amazing job at taking into mind our wants and budget. Overall, Zhong made the buying experience not only painless and easy, but fun and enjoyable. He also speaks spanish, which was extremely helpful seeing as my dad is more comfortable speaking Spanish. Holly Setiadi, the Sales Assistant who sold us our new Jetta TDI SEL was wonderful. He was not a typical car salesman; very low key. He answered questions but did not push us towards a car. He let us take the time to make our own decision, but was there to answer questions He was very good about communicating with us over the phone rather than having to spend time at the dealership, and patiently answered all our questions. We ended up making the purchase within a few days of our test drive, and Holly made our overall experience very comfortable. As an added bonus, we have free service for a few years and FREE CAR WASHES for as long as we own the car. It's a small thing, but it really made us happy. We shopped around at different places, but ended up with Holly because he was the most helpful and flexible when it came to fulfilling the requirements we had in mind for our car. Thanks Holly!!
