Jones Ford Casa Grande

Everything was Great. This was my first time to Jones Ford Casa Grande, previously I lived in Buckeye and used the JJ es Ford there. I was very impressed with your facility from the courteous professionals that greeted me and checked me in, to the cleanliness and space of the waiting room and facility. The most important part of any service is the quality and competency of the service advisor and Natasha you excelled - from your friendly demeanor to your status updates on my vehicle to the close out and sending me on my way - it was a great overall experience for me and you have definitely earned my repeat business. Our sales rep was amazing, Marina Espinoza! She made our experience 100% better than we expected. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The car we wanted to look at was at another dealership, and she located that for us, but then the next day, she let us know it was brought over to her location for us to look at. We will be recommending our family and friends to her the next time they are looking for a car!

In my 60 years of existance and many car dealer dealings, this is by far, and hands down, the most HONEST and HONORABLE dealership I have EVER dealt with. Unbeleivable low price and the sale was super easy and fast, Marina and the team were friendly and efficient, no pressure and an actual joy to go into debt from. The service department is friendly and knowledgable, they repaired my car correctly the first time with little grief even though another location of theirs caused the damage to a part. Jesus is a superstar (no pun intended).

The sales Rep, Marina Espinoza, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Also, She worked really hard to locate the vehicle I wanted at other local dealerships, since the dealership I went to did not have the vehicle.

The purchase process was good. Still haven't got my license plate and title yet. Still waiting!

I have been looking to buy a vehicle for months . I had been trying to rebuild my credit and going through credit applications to no Avail. Many wasted time meeting with the many car dealerships,only to be turned down. I almost gave up,I said " almost"!! From start to finish ,GLEN JONES,,FORD,LINCOLN,MERCURY on Pinal AVE. in Casa Grande were transparent and up front. From Christina keeping me posted regarding my credit,to Chris and Amy finalizing the paperwork.We felt we were just visiting with friends and drove off with a vehicle I was happy with. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I found a broken spot on my windshield after driving it home from the dealer. It was behind the mirror and I did not notice it until I got home. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed but it had trash in the back seat foot area… They said sorry but you drove it home like that… so we won’t do anything! I literally had 5 miles on the vehicle… oh, and this was after waiting over 2 hours until the manager got out of a “meeting”. Not much for service.
