My Tuesday visit was with Rashawn. My next visit return visit on Saturday was with KathyDel Cid. I feel like both are trustworthy advisors. They let me know what is needed and whether if it is a safety concern or something that can wait a while. Car repairs are getting outrageous!!! I have had to return when repairs weren’t quite right and both have been very helpful in getting an answer or solutions to the problem. I like the videos which allows for more transparency. It is true we don’t always trust what the auto repairman recommends. Is he trying to upsell you unnecessary repairs? Having a trusted advisor helps. Thanks Kathy and Rashawn at Sheehy Honda/Hybla Valley. As long as you’re there I’ll continue coming back!!!

Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps.
Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.

Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. Enzo and the team at Sheehy are the best service team. I have three cars from them, and they take excellent care of all three. It is the reason I keep coming back to buy cars from them.

I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for
I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.

Steve Hubbard is an outstanding customer service representative. He always tells us what the diagnosis of a service issue has been, he provides videos from the service technician demonstrating what work has been done, and he provides the customer with logical options for service. She is knowledgeable, customer focused, and very polite. I rate Steve Hubbard at `100%.

I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months
I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

Thank you for a great buying experience! AGAIN! I returned to Sheehy Honda because I knew I would be treated well and get a very fair price. No surprise they were all wonderful again! From the general manager Mike making us feel welcomed and guiding us to sales to finance. Ayesha was so pleasant, got straight to business pulled the car I described showed us the ins and outs. Allowed us a drive and took care of us with all attentiveness and care. She listened to our needs and wants and executed. Chuck the sales manager didn't waste any time in getting to the core of what we needed and further aided in making the process and negotiation easy! Farid the Finance Manager got us in and out quickly gave us information on protections we were interested in provided some important recommendations, provided clear and transparent pricing information and was very thorough in explaining it all. Thank you all at Sheehy Honda of Alexandria for the great experience in helping us buy my daughters very first car!
