Great experience

Lived about 2hrs from the dealership and they were great with coordinating and communications. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend working with them.

They stole our money

First international auto group are scammers. You look at a car on Saturday and they can't provide an attempt for a loan through their lenders until Monday so they ask for 500$ just to hold the car over the weekend so they can shop around for you. We called for updates and no responses back. The customer service was the worst ever experienced and did not keep there word and honor the refund for holding the car over the weekend. We have no car we were insulted and ridiculed my fiance has not stopped crying about this and we are out of 500$. The funny thing is the car was for my fiance that she was applying for. She went to give the $500 on her Amex they refused the ammex so I put the 500$ on my visa and looked at Rhonda straight in the eyes and said this refundable and she said yes. I called to get the $500 back and the owner refused to talk to me because he has no deal with my name on it and was so unprofessional. He wouldn't talk to me but will take my money. He refuses to talk to me so a chargeback has been initiated and BBB complaint

Very smooth and easy purchase

I purchased my first BMW from this dealership few months ago. The process was very smooth. Easy financing. So great that they have a service department there and offering good prices on repairs. I definitely will be back. I love my new car, thank you guys!

Excellent price / customer service

I did 100k factory recommended maintenance services for my Hyundai Sonata there. They gave a quote that was 200$ less than a couple of other dealerships in my area. Service manager Vlad was very welcoming and explained to me all the services they performed on my car, and gave me useful advice with regard to motor oil. Also, during the appointment I had to work from the dealership, so I brought a laptop and monitor with me. They went so far as to give me a quiet place to work in one of their office cubicles. This is what I call outstanding customer service.

Great experience. Purchased 2 cars from them.

I purchased 2 cars from this group. Great people, easy to deal with, straightforward , no games with 1000 managers as in the big dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

Cars are lipstick on a pig. Staff is disrespectful

We test drove a car at night and ended up really liking it. We live an hour from this dealer so we closely inspected the online photos and the car looked beautiful. We decided to go back for the car as it was priced comparable to other dealers. The sales person Ivan was very friendly and helpful to us. When we looked at the car in the daylight it had a dent or deep scratch on every panel of the car. Every rim had curb rash and one was visibly bent which explains why the car had a vibration even though they just put new tires and brakes on the car. It was so disappointing we test drove 2 other cars there and again we were disappointed in the condition of the cars for the list price. When confronted about the condition of the vehicles the staff was dismissive. I am a certified auto technician. I know what typical wear and tear to expect when looking at used cars. We offered them $1000 below list price to compensate for the condition of the vehicle. When the sales manager came down to talk price he could have simply declined our offer but instead he was immediately aggressive and belittling. Arguing with us about the “book value” of the car and that we were wasting his time test driving cars. Vehicles aren’t worth “book value” when they’re in below average condition. Needless to say we left without giving this dealer our business. If you want a quality car and a respectful experience don’t waste your time going here. The pictures intentionally hide damage and they do not honestly advertise issues with the vehicles. Their inventory is fluffed and buffed auction cars that reputable dealers didn’t want.

Stay away!!

Do not buy a car from this place!! I have experienced multiple issue since my purchase in August. Not only do they sell unreliable cars but the owner has no idea how to communicate with clients. He claimed to have fixed an oil leak 7 days after I bought the car but it was still leaking. When I brought it back again he said it wasn't his problem. He specifically told me that he did not sell me my car and I should rephrase my words to say that I bought it from them. He then said I should have done my homework prior to purchasing from them. Absolutely unacceptable!

Great place. I love my new BMW

Great dealership to buy a BMW, the professional sales team got me approved with the payment that I desire. it was an easy process and it's been a month since I purchased the car and the car has no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a car purchase, they are very nice people.
