My review is the Sales Department, Ivan was very nice and this has nothing to do with him. I purchased my car, paid in full no financing. When I test drove it I told then that the car was pulling to the left and a noise downing from the right. They said they would look at it and make sure it was taken care of. Picked it up on Thursday 10/23/25 and got on the highway and the noise was still there and the car still pulls to the left. Called right away they said they would make an apt but the problem is I do not live in NH and I am not comfortable driving it that far.. I have yet to hear back from them. I have sent them videos and pictures. The coolant is leaking and they would have seen that had they did their jobs. I went to my mechanic and will be forwarding the bill… make sure you do you due diligence!!!

The dealership is very limited to being able to finance. We have 2 new Nissans from team Nissan and finances with no issues. These guys forget it. They never really didn’t do much to reached out to banks they just said “ no we can’t help “. They have no strong ties to the big banks or credit union. And all the cars or trucks have high mileage. My family and I was looking to them to purchase but because of their limitations we will stay with Nissan or Toyota. They have the power to get banks to help
