2014 Volvo Xc 60 t6
Volvo Xc 60. 2014. Bought it 2 yrs ago. No issue. Very good people. Humble, honest. I’m about to buy another car there. Highly recommend.
Buyer be Where!
Bought a Volvo from them and they calimed they did repairs with thermostat and housing units as well as back up battery. Right away I noticed a antifreeze smell ended up going to Volvo dealer. They said it would cost 2600.00 to fix. I called talk to owner said to come back and they would fix it. I said I didn't want the mechanic he had because he didn't know what he was doing. Also the car burns a quart of oil every 1000 miles. Car is a piece of crap. Stay away if you want a lemon
They play games, run your credit report and argue to give you your deposit back. This place is a scam. I am having to get my lawyer involved and local police for fraud. Andre is a joke. My bank has been notified of the fraud.
WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, TO ALL POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS.... THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED. They will lie, not keep appointments that their sales people make with you and will ask for a deposit and keep it even though the car did NOT pass inspection. I have filed with the BBB, the Credit Card company, and will add to this post evidence that their cars do not pass inspection. NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY a DEPOSIT! I have been a long time resident of New Hampshire the Merrimack and Bedford Community. This is NOT a reputable company. Vlad, Christian, and the owner Andrew are not ethical!
Purchased a Land Rover from 1st International Auto Group last month. With my purchase, they gave me a 2 year warranty by this rip-off company 2B Safe Warranty. About 15 minutes into driving the vehicle home, the Check Engine light came on. I was furious as I just purchased the car and had an hour and half drive home. I immediately emailed 1st International when I got home explaining the issue. They asked for me to take a picture of the dashboard so they can see what light I was talking about. I went to take the picture and the Check Engine light was no longer there. About a week later, the light came on again. I brought it into a local mechanic and they determined that the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. And luck would have it, 2B Safe Warranty does not cover catalytic converters. Of course, why would they? I am now forced to dish out an additional $3,000 for parts, labor and diagnostics after making a $17k purchase. 1st International Auto Group appeared to be a decent car dealership and Anastasia worked to get me the best financing options but I was completely let down by them. BUYER BEWARE
Do not buy a car here. We experienced one hassle after the next. On the first drive after buying the car, the check engine light came on. I was told by 1st International Auto Group to take the car to Autozone to have it diagnosed. I did that and reported back to them with the results. Yuliia at 1st International Auto Group told me it was safe to drive. I drove the car 20 more minutes down the road and it overheated. I was left stranded. They have done nothing to accommodate any of the inconvenience we have experienced.
Awesome used car dealer
Just bought a used car from these guys. Great people to deal with. Very happy with the deal I got and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
Amazing. Very happy. These guys are awesome. They definitely know what they do. And their inhouse financing program did the magic no one else could do for me. Quick, painless and very convenient.
Purchased 2nd Car from them
My experience with this dealership has been great! I purchased first car 2 years ago from them with Buy Here Pay Here financing. Rebuild my credit. For two years never had problems to work things out with this guys. Always reasonable and professional. Just purchased 2nd car from them.
The buying process was very easy and with no pressure. Andrei surely knows his cars and answered all of my questions. Friendly and polite. Great inventory.
