Horrible communication and NO follow through!
Horrible communication and NO follow through! Salesperson, Conner, was great. The "boss" was arrogant. I would have immediately left but my son was the one buying the car. We were sent to Crain Kia because that is where the car was at that day. They finalized everything. The paperwork was showing $500 more than what was agreed on. They fixed it. We got the car home and the USB port and the cigarette lighter type charge port would not work. We called countless times to try to get it fixed with no luck. We had a full warranty and still nothing. We changed a fuse and fixed the charge port. The USB port is still broke....We were always told we would be called back and nothing...We finally received the title after 31 days, so we had a penalty. When we went to the license bureau we noticed that there were three papers with the final cost of the car and all three totals were different! So....we ended up paying taxes on a total that was almost $200 more that what we paid for the car.

Best place to get your new car. I bought a 2025 Hyundai Tucson me and my wife love it. The people are very nice and don't pressure you. Very easy to deal with and they want to please you. TY our sales perso. Was terrific. We are mildly disabled and he found several cars in our price range. The one we wanted was slightly too high in monthly payments . So he found a discount , and low interest 3.49% that applied to us. And it worked. We got to take home a new car. That day! Even though we only met TY that day he treated us as a friend. It was the easiest, no pressure car purchase we have ever had. Quick and easy.
