The Service was excellent and cost-effective. The dealership provides transportation to and from the facility, so you don't need to rent a car to have your vehicle serviced. They made it convenient. The service engineers are outstanding and know their stuff.

I own a Chevrolet cruze and received a notice in the mail that there was a problem with the PCV in the vehicle. if i encountered the outlined problems i should contact the local dealership for repair. Now several months later but within the outlined timeframe i am experiencing lose of power and symptoms of PCV failure. i contacted the service department of Paso Robles Chevrolet and was told I needed to give them $175.00 to check the problem they know the vehicle is experiencing. After 2 days i was able to speak with the service manager (no set schedule) and he told me they wanted to get paid if any vehicle entered the service department so i should find someplace else to get my 3ea. GM vehicles serviced or purchase future vehicles. Send out recall notices and charge customers $175.00 to check the vehicle part needs replaced under recall or charge more for whatever they want for whatever they can "FIND" This is a scam to line the pockets of someone.

8k transmission in a 2017 Chevy Silverado 90k miles never towed a thing. 2 weeks to fix transmission and still shifts like junk. Mechanic did not reattach exhaust correctly to manifold. I brought truck back and was told should be done in no time. Truck sat in same spot for 2 days. I set the appointment up a week earlier and this is now 2 weeks since transmission was fixed. I called never got calls back. Stoped in to see why my truck didn't move and was lied straight to my face by service reps. I would never bring a vehicle to this dealer or do business with them again.

Took 3 weeks to do a job I was told would take 1 day. I had to rent a car for 3 weeks out of my own pocket. I had to continually call the service desk for an update and always got voicemail. Courtesy wash of vehicle (thank you) resulted in only the driver side tires being washed. Driver side tires were cleaned and armorall. Passenger side tires still muddy, dirty and no armorall. Disappointing to take my Chevy Suburban to a Chevy dealer and get this service. Next time I'll make a different choice.
