    Tried to purchase from them but they didn’t have the car I wanted. Purchased it from a GMC dealer out of state. Brought the car in for 1st oil change and... asked if they would mount my front plate. No problem but was charged over $20.00! Why not complimentary? “You should have bought it here.” Really! That’s how you respond! Very poor attitude and not very good representative for GMC.

    Shop, click, drive is pointless, i set up the purchase online on the 13th, comfirmation auto email was sent to me on the 15th explaining my appointment... for the 18th. I showed up for my appointment at 3pm and they tell me my vehicle was sold on the 17th. I was never contacted about anything, drove all the way from Ronkonkoma for pure dissapointment. Then ask if i'd like to look at anything else on the lot.. How about not a chance! I never write reviews but this genuinely irritated me.

    we looked at buying a car but gm did not have the financing I wanted at the time so we put it off and then Paul our salesman contacted me when the 0 %... was offered again and we went and bought our new car. I he had not called me we might not of bought the car at this time. George

    Hello All- I live in Riverhead and considering a GMC for my next car purchase. I have visited the dealership twice and looked at a few SUV's I was interested... in. I didn't work with a sales rep, I just walked around the parking lot on my own time. From what I can see here, it makes a lot of sense to buy my car there, considering almost every person here had a great experience. My question to the forum is, has anyone dealt with a situation in which you traded in your car at GMC Rvrhd. but still owed money on your loan? i.e - negative equity? if so, how was your experience with Riverhead GMC and the sales rep you dealt with? If you can reply back, I'd really appreciate it. Details on the process would be helpful too. Thanks !!! - J

    The main reason I leased the Terrain was the customer service and the people at the Riverhead Dealership. Paul was an excellent salesman and this is the... 2nd time I leased a car with him and Riverhead. I had a Ford Explorer and was going back to Ford, however, the first experience I had with them was the reason I came back and discussed, then ultimately leased the Terrain....we are now a GMC family and will remain one for years to come. Paul and Mike made us feel like family....will definitely recommend them in the future.

    It was fine, seemed like desk was confused on what I would be charged, didn't know if my car was leased or purchased. Service called my wife to have her... pay for a recommended service, I inquired and was explained to me that our vehicle needs premium brand not octane fuel to operate efficiently , and this is why we need the 180.00 service, I asked why are we finding this out now, the car is 2 years old already. Had no answer
