Service was great for Oil, Filter, Rotation, Program

Service was great for Oil, Filter, Rotation, Program Keys, and extra stuff. Comfortable waiting area and helpful parts department. Very nice facility. We get Acadia serviced there because old dealer stopped servicing GMC.

Don't trust these people.

Don't trust these people. I called and was told the car was not on the lot, but the sales rep spoke to the manager. The manager would not let me put a deposit down, but told me I was first in line. I was told that they would call me when the car was on it's way, and hold the keys for me while I was driving there. I even negotiated the price. I set everything up to come pick it up a couple of days later at the time it arrived. I even confirmed the morning of the pickup that everything was set. I had to call them back later on during the pickup day. I was then told there was someone who already had bought it. Apparently, the rep who picked it up called another person and sold it to them. (I was never told that calling me from the pickup was an option). I spoke with one of the managers (not the original one). He told me that there was a "miscommunication" between the folks there. I was told that apparently "many people" had been interested in it and "several people" wanted to put deposits down on it. He had no idea why I was promised all that I was. So, riddle me this. Are you saying in 2025 you don’t keep any notes file on the negotiations for your used cars? If not, then do you just “hope” two reps are not making promises to different buyers around the same time? If you do keep notes, why was I promised so much if another rep had already inked a deal and that person was ahead of me? If you keep no records, do I risk coming in and you say, “we have no records of the agreements you made the other day on price”? And how is it that you have a super popular car they you have had tons of interest in, but this was all just a miscommunication where a manager didn’t know there was already a buyer lined up? This sound so fishy to me. I asked for the name of the manager who agreed to all of this with me but was told they couldn't figure that out because there is 5 of them. So apparently with so many managers no one knows who agreed to the terms with me 4 days ago or who was even working that day? If you deal with these folks you may be lied to, or they may just be so scattered that their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing. You may have a car sold out from underneath you. Oh, and they could care less about the time, effort, and money I spent getting prepare to come pick it up. Save your time effort and money and stay away from them.

I bought a 2017 Ford F-250 from Manny at Mountain

I bought a 2017 Ford F-250 from Manny at Mountain Chevrolet on September 11th 2024. I was completely misled. When I first started to look at the truck the salesman, Manny explained that it had new suspension so I got on the ground and looked and realized it absolutely did not have new suspension. I did notice there was a lot of other front end steering components that had been replaced because they were clean with tags and stickers still nice and new. He said they were replaced due to wear and tear. There was 1 entry in 2020 for minor damage on the Carfax, I was told by Manny, that the only damage that the truck sustained was cosmetic scratch paint repair . The truck is Currently sitting at a body shop getting completely checked out because after further review the whole passenger side and back of the truck has recently been body worked and painted the tailgate has been painted. The rear passenger door actually still has damage that has been painted over and the truck bed seems shifted to the driver side a little bit. There is residue and overspray on the interior and exterior of the truck some of which I have just wiped off so it's definitely not from the repairs that were done in 2020 that are noted on the carfax report. Although it says that there was an alignment performed after the front end repair was done at Mountain Chevrolet. The truck still pulled to the right a bit so I took it to Les Schwab here in Denver and they informed me that the parts that were replaced on the front were replaced due to an impact not to normal wear and tear and that in fact the driver side radius arm and front shocks also needed to be replaced due to impact that damaged the other front end components that had just recently been replaced. The rear hatch on the topper rubbed at the top and didn't open quite right. I had the opportunity to go to Suburban Toppers to see if it might just need adjusted. They said they would have a look, just a few minutes later they came out and told me that the reason that it was in the condition it is in was due to an accident or impact that pushed the window up and the frame and hinges are damaged. It is unrepairable and the rear hatch assembly needs to be replaced. While on test drive I noticed the touch screen was lagging the salesman Manny said that's common and just needed an update. On the way home to Denver I experienced more malfunctions with the touch screen and audio system. Went to Omera Ford to see about an update they said that was not the case. They ran Diagnostics recommended a new set of batteries. I had the batteries replaced rechecked they said the actual problem was there APIM module. I contacted Manny right away explain that the problem that we had of the lagging touch screen on the test drive was a much bigger problem. I was worried as it was just the very next day and spoke with Manny and asked if they could please help me. He said he would call me back. I didn't receive a call back I called the next morning and spoke to the receptionist and she informed me that it was his day off and she took my name and number and a message. I never got a call back. I called and was told I would get a call back and again didn't hear back. I gave it an extra day and then called him again . He was the one who answered the phone said he needed to speak to service and would call me back! At this point I have called six times and not received one single call back from anybody at Mountain Chevrolet . I tried to be patient and understanding but I haven't even had the truck a month and it's been problem after problem since day one with no care or concern from anyone at this dealership. I didn't haggle, I paid the full asking price. $53,000 after taxes w/$10000 down. The final time I spoke with Manny he told me his boss said it's funny that all these problems are happening now that I have the truck and they weren't going to help me with anything!

Horrible Customer Service

Order a vehicle and paid the down payment. A week later, the "GM" at Mnt Chevy canceled the order. Apparently they didn't like the way I sold a vehicle I purchased through them over a year prior. Refused to meet or speak with me about whatever their issue was.

Dealer response

Hello, This is Michael Payne Jr, the General Manager. In short, General Motors has very strict rules about new cars being sold to to potential exporters, resellers, and wholesalers. Based on the outcome of your last transaction, I felt there was a high risk the those rules could be violated again. The recent boom of car flipping also hurts other local customers in the need of a vehicle. It pushes vehicles out of our already small market and into the big cities. I was never told you wanted to meet or speak with me regarding this issue, however, I would be happy to do so. Please feel free to email me a time that would work best for you. Best, Michael Payne Jr michaeljr.p@mtnchevy.com

Bob Peterson

Spent 2 days calling service dept. and leaving messages, never returned my call. Ended up calling front desk and asking to talk to an actual person to get someone.
