I went to purchase a Z71 Tahoe for my wife on Valentines Day. The advertised purchase price was $47900. When the paperwork was finalized, there were additional charges totaling more than $5000. This was for items such as the tinted windows, special GPS tracking, etched catalytic converter, and others When I explained that I did not want these additional items, I was told there was nothing that could be done that they had to be paid for. My wife and I left the dealership feeling that is no way to run a business. If a vehicle has an advertised price, that is what it should be sold as. Of course, we were going to pay for the additional taxes, registration, and extended warranty, but the extra $5000 was just not right. Later that afternoon we left multiple messages with different managers and customer care representatives, but no one got back to us. The following day the price was adjusted to $50,600 and it is still being advertised at that price today. I would welcome some from management to reach out to me, as they have my contact information. Please do you research before signing on the dotted line.

Tried to ad cost for added on aftermarket items when I was ready to buy . Advertised low price and waited till I was ready to buy to add items in . A xxxx pore way to do business

Worse experience I’ve had in a dealership, I asked for my credit not to be run as I was already pre-approved and had my pre-approval letter they didn’t care and still run my credit at several places I also asked the out the door price several times and they confirmed what it was plus sales tax at the end they wanted to add 700 that I wouldn’t have minded to pay if it had been disclosed to me since the beginning. I don’t trust that dealership at all I liked the vehicle but I rather buy it anywhere else after I said I will not take the vehicle one of them screamed at me as I was walking out you will not find this vehicle at this price anywhere else you will be back, totally unprofessional service I was very disappointed as I assumed because it’s a bigger dealership I was going to receive good service. I wasted three hours of my time there plus the drive time of another three hours . Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Best dealership I’ve been too, they are extremely nice and knowledgeable. There warranty plan is unbeatable. I recommend everyone to get their vehicle here! So amazing.

Pulled an illegal bait and switch by advertising a car which was mislabeled, They are crooks and still have the car mislabeled for sale, Manager hung up on me when i tried to explain the situation. Do Not deal with these people. Drove 4 hours to see car and wasted a day . Wish i could rate them a 0.

I received a very poor experience from this dealership. I had chosen to view a posting for a 2015 Dodge Challenger and when I opened it there was no image so I requested for one. My response was that it was still there and I received a request to come see it in person along with contact information. When I requested again I received a posting for a different Challenger and had enough. I went ahead and filled out this rating in response to that terrible service.
