DONT BUY HERE

Their service department is terrible & so is their warranty. I’ve been 4 weeks with my car in there service , for spark plugs & shocks

Quick, easy, clean, friendly, accessible.

Quick, easy, clean, friendly, accessible. Could have had better hours. Closing at 6pm is a little tight when you work full time.

Ryan was always available and went out of his way to find

Ryan was always available and went out of his way to find experts in VW Vanagons to give their assessments of its mechanical condition and even opinions on a good cash price which was much less than they were asking. He explained that the consignee needed enough to pay off their loan balance (+plus his commission) When we were unwilling to go higher, he even put us in contact with the consignee to work out a deal privately, forfeiting his sale and commission after all the help he had given us. What a gem.

I shouldn't have trusted them.

Prior to the actual purchase of the car, my only complaint was that the sales rep was slow to return my phone calls. Prior to the sale I found some problems that they didn't find in what they called a thorough inspection. They were great about correcting the issues. However, a few days after the sale I discovered that they aligned the wheels without replacing the parts that caused the wheels to be out of alignment in the first place. Since parts were very worn the wheels went out of alignment as soon as it was driven. Because I was 1700 miles away when I found their "blunder" they have refused to help pay for the repairs even though I was only asking for them to pay what it would have cost them to repair it. Within a week after the sale I had to pay for another $1,200 in repairs because they didn'y do the job right. At this point I wouldn't trust them to repair my bicycle. My only recourse is to sue them.

They said I was approved for the car and didn’t work off my credit, but when I got there with everything they asked for over the phone they said I need more money or a co-signer 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

They rip you off on AUL service contract refunds

Bought car in March 2020 and was talked into buying AUL service contract. Sold the car March 2022. Requested refund AUL service contract when we sold the car. Got run around for four months. Finally received a small check. The check amount didn't seem right. I called AUL. AUL tells me that my refund check should be much higher than what we received. Autohouse Tempe shorted us our $944 on our service contract refund. AUL backed up our refund information on AUL's letterhead. There are better car dealers out there.

Buying a Hummer H3

Larry Davis, was the best. He worked with me on buying my first car. He went the extra mile for me to get me into a hummer h3. I'm so grateful for his work, lol although when I went to pick up the h3 they couldn't find the keys. I recommend LD to anyone buying a car.

We worked with Ben and he was very helpful.
