I had yet another excellent experience with the customer service at BMW of Mountain View during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I’d especially like to highlight my service advisor, Shivam, who truly went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Shivam was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire visit. He kept me updated on the progress, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers. Thanks to Shivam and the rest of the team, my visit was efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend BMW of Mountain View and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Great service, but very expensive. Wayne, my service advisor is excellent. But the price they charge for repairs is extremely expensive.

I had an overall positive customer service experience while shopping for and purchasing a new BMW. Nazareth, Gaurav. Michael and another name I can't remember (B something) were all helpful.

My interest in a vehicle from this dealership was met with an immediate invitation to make an appointment for a Test Drive. I did so and when I arrived I was greeted immediately with great accommodating customer service. This shopping experience went smoothly. Both very informative and being quickly to process the purchase. Also, would like to add! Their Coffee Espresso Station was Great, Definitely a Fave! ??? Great Deal on the Price as well as body and engine condition for the Year 2022 Toyota Camry I had purchased.
