I took my car to the dealership for a routine brake pad replacement, but my experience quickly turned into a very disappointing one. I had a very disappointing experience with this service advisor. I requested the valet /porter guy to speak to a Manager and instead Alex Anaya showed up, which was misleading, all this time I thought I was speaking to the manager, and instead of listening to my concerns, he immediately shifted the blame to me. When I explained that my vehicle did not have a door sound issues when I dropped it off that morning, he dismissed my concerns and told me to lower my voice because I was frustrated. My frustration came from trying to explain that the damage was not present before the vehicle was in the dealership's care. Rather than showing empathy or attempting to resolve the situation, he made me feel like I was being accused of being dishonest. Good customer service requires listening, communicating respectfully, and working to resolve problems—not blaming customers or escalating an already stressful situation. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability.

Great experience buying my Bmw from Toyota of Downtown LA. My salesman Brian was friendly, honest, and never pressured me. He took the time to answer all my questions and respected that I wanted to look at other vehicles before making a final decision. And I did come back! The dealership was clean and welcoming, with complimentary food, drinks, and even a massage lounge for customers. I love my new vehicle and am happy with my purchase and every part of the experience. I highly recommend Toyota of Downtown LA!
