Waited 11 months for my '23 Ford Maverick Hybrid.

Waited 11 months for my '23 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnyvale Ford. The main person I dealt with was Jim Popal the General Manger. Others in his team that helped me were Jack the salesman, Sagar the finance guy, and Sabin the Internet Sales Manager. The dealer experience was totally stress free. Not even a mention of nitrogen for tires, VIN etching, perma plate, gap insurance, market adjustment or other nonsense. I was offered an extended warranty but when I said I did not want one, there was no further mention of it. I said I was paying cash for it so there was no offer of any financing. I have read a lot of dealer horror stories online but Sunnyvale Ford has to be one of the best. My highest recommendation.

I had a great experience at Ford Sunnyvale.

I had a great experience at Ford Sunnyvale. Chris was super helpful and got me a great deal! My overall experience was very smooth and quick. When I reached out to them through their website, I got a call back in no time and I followed up with an in-person visit to the dealership. I got a really good deal when I went in. I traded in my old car and got a new Ford Mustang Mach-E 2023. Thanks to the entire team at Ford Sunnyvale who made this happen!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with their

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with their service. Despite their claims of fixing the issue with my car, it turned out that the problem was still unresolved when I went to pick it up. On top of that, they managed to damage the door, making the situation even worse. Adding to my disappointment, the vehicle was returned to me in a dirty and unkempt state. What made matters worse is that they never fulfilled their promises and showed a complete lack of responsiveness. It was a highly disappointing and aggravating ordeal that left me feeling let down and dissatisfied.

Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. I took the car I was interested in for a test drive, by the time I got back the person who had driven the care right before I did bought it. I ended up going to a different dealer and bought a different/similar car.

Sunnyvale Ford made our purchase very easy. I was at Capital Ford trying to decide which truck to get and I really just wanted to buy in my home town plus our sales person Luis Cruz was very helpful and not pushy. He did a real good job explaining about the features of the truck. I fell in love with the truck when I saw it in the showroom. Capital Ford had a lot more inventory to pick from. But I felt the need to come back to Sunnyvale to do our purchase. Luis did a wonderful job.

I highly recommend this dealership.

I highly recommend this dealership. I had a great experience buying a Maverick. Sagar was true to his word, transparent about pricing and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Eric the manager was professional and immediately fixed a misunderstanding on the warranty when I brought it to his attention the following day.

I purchased a new Ford Ranger Lariat Tremor from

I purchased a new Ford Ranger Lariat Tremor from Sunnyvale ford on 4-1-2022. After coming in over a couple of weeks this was the vehicle of most interest for my needs. This purchase was a split deal between two excellent sales associates that assisted me. Christopher Aguilar and Ibrahim Arqoub. Both were very helpful and made this an easy process. With the help of General Manager, Jim White we were able to agree on an acceptable price. The entire transaction was simple and straight forward. No games. If you are in the market for a new Ford vehicle consider giving this dealership an opportunity for your business.
