The worst car ever -- BMW My rear brake lights went out at 12,000 miles, the BMW dealership couldn't fix it (it was still under warranty) took it to a off the market shop, they replaced with genuine BMW parts (whole brake light assembly) now the dealership dosen't wanna reimburse the replacement cost. I repeat do NOT ever buy a BMW!!! BMW dealerships are a bunch of liars and thieves. My next CAR of course will be a Lexus! DO NOT GO TO BMW CONCORD!! Abdul Kaiyum
Alex Nop, Service Director, Goes Above and Beyond!
I am a long-time customer of Concord BMWs. I showed up at 5:01 and the Parts Department was closed. I had driven over an hour to get there. I asked Alex Nop, the Service Director if he could help me. He was Amazing, he went and found my parts, and it wasn't easy, and brought them out to me. So thankful I asked and that Alex was the one there going above and beyond to help his customers! I will continue to buy and service my cars at Concord BMW because of customer care like this! Thank you again Alex Nop!
Used Car Purchase- Disappointing Experience
This is a long overdue review. Purchased a used vehicle from BMW Concord in CA. Overall experience was disappointing. - Throughout the buying process, I didn't always feel valued as a customer. I was bounced around between multiple sales staff. I personally believe this was due to the fact I was buying an inexpensive used vehicle and not a full priced new vehicle. In addition, I received a snide comment from the BMW team when I chose not to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle. - After completing the transaction for the vehicle, I noticed damage on the vehicles exterior that was not previously there when I agreed to make the purchase. I had inspected and test drove the vehicle multiple times and was aware the vehicles existing conditions. I attempted to contact my sales contact on multiple occasions to discuss the matter but never received a call back. I shared photos I had taken prior to the purchase and after the purchase that validated my complaint. I received an estimate to repair the vehicle damage through a third party. The cost to repair this damage is now going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. I find this extremely frustrating that the staff at BMW Concord knowingly damaged this vehicle and refused to repair it, bring it to my attention or return my inquiry for support. - I've been waiting on the vehicle title for over six months. I found out there was an administrative error when processing the vehicle paper work leading to this lengthy delay. I continue to wait for this process to be completed. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at BMW Concord and would not plan to do business here in the future.
BMW-YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!
My son’s girlfriend went in for service and I drove her…apparently she is invisible because while I watched multiple other people taken care of it wasn’t until I got out of my car and made a fuss that she could even get someone to help her. Apparently her service writer (Francis) was enjoying his morning coffee. Then when she picked the car up the following day the “service engine” light was still on and she was VERY UPSET because she felt like the money she had saved to pay for the service was wasted. She is 19 years old and apparently BMW Concord does not care to make a young girl (who works very hard for her money) happy. Now she has tried all day to connect with service after I assured her that they would take care of the light (and clearly are an inefficient service department) but she has spent all day trying to solve this problem. BMW-YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!
Defective brand new vehicle sold here
I was sold defective brand new vehicle from the Concord BMW dealership. Vehicle has pre existing issue's which I discovered after few days of delivery. I have all the receipts for repairs which I got done from different dealership. I complained about the issue to the BMW corporate but nothing was done. Please don't buy any BMW vehicle from CONCORD BMW dealership. You might get good discount from this dealership but vehicle sold will have pre existing defects. Beware of these discounts. Stay away from BMW concord dealership. I have all the invoice's for the repairs if you wanted to see. Dishonest people working here.
Before purchasing a car at Bmw Concord Read this
I would like to premise this statement with, I rarely ever complain! I was going to forget about the whole thing, but felt you all needed to know that Concord Bmw IS NOT GOING TO HELP YOU IF YOUR BMW HAS A COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE, AFTER A SERVICE VISIT! After taking my BMW X5 with only 75K miles to the BMW Concord service department for a service engine warning light that was on, and prevented the car from passing smog, the service department, replaced the Glow Plugs and spark plugs and other maintenance repairs. A couple days later the Service Advisor gave it back to me with the service engine warning light still on, and told me to wait a thousand miles and the light should turn off! The car was subsequently not performing well, and couldn’t pass the smog which in turn prevented me from renewing the registration! Then a month later the car broke-down and stopped functioning completely, so i had the BMW towed back to Concord BMW service department. A rod bearing issue and subsequently damaged pistons and complete failure of the engine was the diagnosis! It needed a brand new or rebuilt engine, I felt that it was their fault and that they might have dropped something in the cylinder chamber while replacing the glow plugs, or something else happened during the service. I still offered to share the burden of the repair between the dealership and himself so as to keep it amicable. The answer from BMW was that I had missed one single oil change two years prior, in the entire time that I owned the car! and therefore BMW took no responsibility and wouldn’t participate in any way in the repair or share any of the burden !!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BMW OR MINI COOPER FROM CONCORD AND HONESTLY ANYWHERE ELSE! I thought my feedback would enable you to make an informed decision, when considering purchasing a car from Bmw Concord.
Horrible Service Experience
Loyal customer highly disappointed in recent service experience. Drove for 2 hours to keep my loyalty here as a customer but they lost one today. The service manager, Kevin, seemed not to care as to whether I supported their dealership and let me walk away. I left the dealership in my vehicle because my experience was so poor. They used to take care of customers, but something has changed. They now want to shuttle us high paying customers to Enterprise to drive a Kia type vehicle while our car is being serviced. I expect a certain level of service from my auto dealer and Concord has let us down. We won't be back because of this experience. Just horrible. If policies change, you should let your clientele know. Beware-your loaner might be a Kia and you could end up being shuttled like cattle. No thanks. Waste of time and cost me a tank of gas for this BS.
Stay Away, Don't Care about Customers
I use to service my 3 Series here and they try to extract as much money as possible from you by not disclosing extra costs when providing service. Also leased a new i3 and sales were not upfront about costs and unsympathetic post leasing. Cars are great but service is poor
Joey my hero!
If you have any issues with your BMW ask for Joey he has been the best service advisor for my X6 and X3, this why we stay with BMW and also because I know I am in good hands with Joey!
Great BMW experience!
I really like this dealership. It’s much better than my local BMW. I drove 100 miles to get the car I wanted from the sales advisory that I wanted to work with. I highly recommend going through Sheila Lane. She is very attentive and personable. She was straightforward with the numbers and got the deal done and personally delivered the car to my home the next day. Thank you for your customer service! Love the car!
