Felipe is my service person and he is very efficient and professional. I have been doing business with Concord BMW for more than two years now and I’m am very happy with my service.

The waiting area is very clean and they provide free coffee while you wait. For these reasons this is my favorite BMW Dealership - they don’t use pressure tactics to force you to get services you don’t need!

I wanted to get my 2023 540i checked out to make sure I don’t have a more serious problem in the future. I made an appointment, and upon arrival, I spoke to my service advisor, Joey Tiongson. A thorough inspection was done, and my vehicle was returned the following day. I’ve used BMW Concord for 13+ years. BMW makes a great car, but a good service advisor makes all the difference to have a completely satisfied customer. Joey is the best!!

I’m writing this review to express my gratitude to BMW Concord for the exceptional service I received last week. I found myself in a predicament when my car refused to start. As a result, I had to be towed to the dealership. I promptly called my service representative, Victor. He skillfully managed to arrange everything, ensuring that my car was towed to the dealership and that both of my batteries were replaced. To top it off, he even provided me with a loaner vehicle, which was a lifesaver and saved me from a potentially frustrating afternoon. I am thoroughly impressed with the dealership and Victor’s outstanding service.

Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and polite. Joey was easy to talk to you and the technicians video was informative. I would go back again.
