Honda Civic leased

My leased car was in accident and I felt Honda had my car too long and when picked up problem still existed after two weeks waiting and metal plate going under engine was found in car trunk. Very disappointed with service!!

Honda Civic leased

This time not happy with my service. Repairs took way too long and when told completed problem not fixed and metal plate that goes under car was left in truck. After two weeks with out car. Very disappointed and was give wrong information about my car when called in and my service person was out at the time. Felt like I was just not important and given wrong info. Not happy at all and wonder why service was so bad??

Oil Change and Tire Rotation

Hello ALL! I would have provided 5 stars but... I am giving 4 stars because of the following: Costumer service = Great! Shuttle service = Excellent! Timely service = Yes! Only point of concern: The technician whom serviced my vehicle informed my clerk that I was missing a transmission dipstick. I thought this was odd. this was the first time I've ever heard of such a thing, but I am not a mechanic, so I trust that Honda Specialists know what they are saying and looking for, since they work on Hondas all day, everyday. I moved forward by ordering a transmission dipstick (they didn't have any in stock). I came in two days later when the item arrived and I asked the Parts guy to help me locate the hole where the dipstick should be placed. He didn't know and so he asked a technician. The technician came out and looked and saw that there was already a dipstick in place. Thankfully- It was never missing and I was able to return the item with ease. On the other-hand, how can a seasoned technician inform me and the clerk that I was missing as dipstick, when it was clearly in sight? I lost time from work, energy and could have spent my morning more productively instead of running around like a dipstick. =) TTT

Honda CRV Service Experience

Emily Vanden my service advisor. Answered all of my guestions. I felt at ease she was open and honest. She checked for recalls and had them repaired under warranty. My experience at Concord Honda is always pleasant. Their service department is exceptional. We purchased our Hondas from Concord Honda. We trust the service department with the maintenance of our vehicles.

My Daughter and I 3 Year Lease expiration.

Not applicable below as we were buying back/loan for a 3 yr leased vehicle. it took a little too long, but I understand how these things work. Gino was great.

Faster to go to anywhere else.

The wait is incredibly long always. You can be sitting in your car for 15 minutes waiting for someone from the service department and even then you have to draw attention to yourself or they might help someone behind you first.

good service provider and great customer service

great service, I bring my car in for regular service and it's always serviced very well. i also purchased a used car earlier this year and am very satisfied, I hope credit given to this dealership for customer service and is always giving dependable service.
