My decision to use this dealership was because my life partner had recently purchased a new car at this dealership. Her sales representative was J T who we met while working around outside. We both really liked him and she was very satisfied with his assistance throughout the purchase process. I returned a few weeks later to purchase a RAV4 and we sought out J T to assist us. Again, he did everything to ensure the process went smoothly. Our last experience was with Andy to finalize the purchase -- one we will not forget!

Niko (If I remember correctly) was lovely, not at all pushy, knowledgeable, and simply let the features of the vehicle speak for themselves. This was the perfect sales style for my wife and me, and we really enjoyed our time with him. The person who did our financing (I don't remember his name now) was delightful, conversational, and moved us through the process extremely quickly. Everything at Concord Toyota was professional, clean, streamlined, and delightful. No notes, and definitely no complaints!
