If you own a C7 Corvette you may want to stay away from this dealership's service department. Brought my 2017 Grand Sport in to have the auto transmission fluid changed (est. 2hrs), rear axle fluid change (est. 1 hr), replace spark plugs (est. 2-3 hrs). On Day One, right before noon, my service advisor notified me that the service technician was having difficulty replacing the spark plugs and the original estimate from 6-7 hours would extend to the end of day (13 hrs). End of day one, service tech still was unable to remove the spark plugs. So I was told they would need to keep my vehicle overnight and into the second day in hopes of finishing the spark plug replacement. Another 5 hours-not until noon would the tech manage replacing the spark plugs. And of course, get my car back and it is misfiring and idling rough. So now, I am left talking it to another service shop to fix what Concord Chevrolet refused to acknowledge in the incompetence of the Vette service tech. Horrible, inexcusable and I have to assume this only occurs with Vette service because if this was more widespread with other Chevy products, the service department would have been shut down for incompetence

Dreaded the thought of coming in but of course sevice manager, Rodney Phelps and the people at Concord Chevolet did't let me down i'm back on the road again and very happy!

After having an unpleasant experience dealing with another local Chevy dealership, I was more than impressed with Anthony D' Amore. He was extremely friendly, personable, an overall joy to interact with. His exemplary customer service was displayed in two major ways: 1. When I was getting checked in with him, I received a notification of my doctors appointment, that I totally forgot I had in one hour. Since my car's service was not going to be done in time, he arranged one of his team members to give me a ride right away so I did not miss the appointment. 2. When we were troubleshooting why my rear TV's were not working correctly he was able to help me figure out the cables I had might be the issue. He even went all over the dealership trying to track down something that would interface/fix the issue. He also made the recommendation as to the correct cables I should buy, and assisted me with that purchase. On top of that, he followed up with me a couple days later to check in. During that call, he even offered to bring his own set up into the dealership to further troubleshoot this issue. Anthony's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and AMAZING customer services will be bringing me back to Concord Chevy for any and all services and/or purchases going forward!!! I will be recommending him and Concord Chevy to anyone I know in need of services and/or car purchases!!! AWESOME job Anthony!!!

Was ready to buy a Truck from them for full price listed. I was told no problem buying out of state,and getting it shipped. ( at my expense of course ) Several hours later they got back to me and told me this is no longer allowed. I could understand if they wanted to charge a small fee for this, as they would have to turn it over to the transport company, but I wasn't even offered that. Complete waste of time.

Took my car 3 times here. Each time they do not do the service as written on the paper. My situation is that the car has been shaking and they told me its my rotors but it isn’t as I recently changed them. I even changed them again after they said it, then the problem persists. Overall, I was met with really bad service and mostly just lies. Each time I send my van they barely check it, take my money and then tell me, “okay we will do some of the repairs for free”, when the repairs aren’t even for the check engine or the shaking problem with my car. Another $500 gone, I wouldn’t recommend going here due to the bad service, they will just drain your money and leave you with no answer.

I took my truck in for an oil change and to diagnose a leak coming from the front end of the vehicle. Gilbert DeGuzman was so awesome! He was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service!

On June 16, 2023, I,ve visited Concord Chevrolet Dealership to get my Chevy Equinox oil changed/new oil filter, and my experience with Manual V. the Service Advisor, was pleasant and professional, and my vehicle was completed within a timely.manner.
