Never trust a Toyota service man.
It cost me $180.00 for a diagnostics report that I didn?t get a copy of and they didn?,t solve the problem. Two days later I bought a new car, not at Toyota. I will never trust Toyota again.

Hayward Toyota was very accommodating!
I came in already knowing which car I wanted to test drive, and probably buy, because I did my research...the sped the process along very quickly and were semi-patient with me...were understanding about credit situation....got the car I've always wanted out of it.

I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Auto Nation thanks in large part to Jay. They have been servicing my car since I bought it new.

Great customer service
I was helped by Rodrigo Marquez and he was great at his job. He went above and beyond explaining what my truck got done and what it needed to get done in the future. I will definitely ask for him and schedule all my future appointments with him. I purchased a used RX 350. I discovered the vehicle did not have an owners manuel the next day. I returned the next day and was told that it?s too expensive for the dealer to provide owners manuel?s to replace a missing manuel. You pay thousands for a vehicle that has features that you need information in order to operate. Poor customer service! Good coffee though.

First Car Service
I did not purchase my vehicle at this but decided to have my car serviced here because it?s closest to my home. The staff was friendly. The service was also quick! I will continue to have my car serviced at this location. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car was washed!
