Airbag Recall parts not in yet !!!

Was told parts were in stock. Upon arrival I was told parts were ?not? in stock. Not happy yet !!

Great warranty service

There was a recall for A/C emissions on my 2012 Camry. AutoNation Toyota in Hayward handled the recall very quickly and in a very professional manner. The facilities were clean and well kept. The staff provided me with a ride home after I dropped my vehicle off. One of the service managers went the extra mile and provided me with an emissions document for the DMV in case I was asked for proof of the repair.

Customer Driven

This review is for Alex P, the sale rep who I worked with for the purchase of my vehicle. Alex P is very easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable in what he is selling and totally listens to his customer's requirement. He also will recommend the vehicle which suits the customer with his honestly opinion, does not up-sell. He made the entire process very easy and if I get another Toyota, I will definitely approach Alex P again; or I will follow to wherever he goes. A perfect 10 Alex P!

horrible experience.

Our daughter bought a used Prius from these guys. They were okay until she paid money for the car. took her $, but afterward, returned no calls, car not ready when they said...giving her run around. It's actually really confusing. My assumption is they are ripping her off. I can't think of why they would be so anti-service otherwise. She would be a great customer, would give a good review, but now...we're left trying to figure out who to call (a lawyer) to help her get her car that she paid in full for from this dealership. Someone should censor these people.

Dealership purchased my car

This dealership reached out to me after my KBB inquiry to purchase my car. I chose this one because the receptionist who reached out left a message that was kind and informative. I was lucky to have been assigned Leo who took great care of me. He was calm and kind unlike some of the other vultures on the lot. When I parked, if you can find parking, one of the attendants kept yelling ?hey!? at me including after I told him I had an appointment and ignored him (-1 star). If Leo was not as mild mannered as he was I would?ve walked away. But, Leo understood my situation and went above my expectations to seamlessly handle the transaction. (Selected shopping for used car because there are no options for my transaction)

Bad experience

I picked AutoNation after my research on truecar. The reason I picked this dealership was due to the competitive pricing and proximity to my home. They are not upfront with the costs and the wait time. Towards the end we were frustrated and angry. They sure know how to suck the fun and excitement out of the car buying process. Please stay away from this dealership if you can. I am dreading coming to them for the periodic maintenance service.
