Fantastic customer service.

Fantastic customer service. Friendly and professional. I drive 40 minutes to go to the Napa dealership for service when two others, Walnut Creek and Fairfield are closer to my home. The other two simply don’t compare.

They guys are very helpful and attentive to your concern.

They guys are very helpful and attentive to your concern. I also love that there is a shuttle for locals to go home and to be picked up.

I am a returning customer to Hanlees after purchasing

I am a returning customer to Hanlees after purchasing vehicles over the course of the years. They Have straightforward sticker, pricing, and a solid selection of new and used Subarus. I will say this experience eclipses all of them (in the best way possible) in terms of sales and finance transparency, service, professionalism and support ! Victoria and Ron worked together to value my trade-in, consult on my options, work out the deal and financing to my requirements and then walk me through all the features of my new Subaru Impreza. Hands down the most professional and educated automobile sales team, that I have ever experienced. I feel like I entered as a customer and left as a friend. Hanlees is my go to dealer once again !

Good dealership to work with.

Good dealership to work with. Made sure I understood new tech on my vehicle. Reasonable to negotiate with. Saxon, Ron, and Yvonne are a good team.

Saxon was amazing listening to what my needs and price

Saxon was amazing listening to what my needs and price was to get me into a New Forester . When we did the test drive he talked about different features the car had showed me some his knowledge was GREAT! Yvonne was awesome with all the paper work and she took time time to interact on personal level . I have not picked up the car yet but so far my experience with Hanless Napa has been excellent
