Buyer beware

My experience with Mike Fraga has ruined my car buying experience. No wonder this guy switches from one dealership to another. I will never recommend anyone to him or this dealership.

Oil change.

All in all very professional service. Service employees welcoming and helpful. The best in the business! On time and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. Certainly looking forward to my next visit!

Oil change

never received website for $20 rebate for oil change second whoever change my all turned on my radio I heard it was on a different station

Mike is a man of his word

Overall I enjoyed my visit to Mike Fraga of FH Dailey Chevrolet. The music that was playing was very good it was a very nice relaxed atmosphere I wasn't pushed or forced to buy a car. I have less than favorable credit score and I was able to walk out with a 2017 Toyota Corolla. Women there were giving flowers on the day that I got there I didn't even purchase the car yet and I was given flowers, this was a Saturday. He is willing to work with you and to help you get a car. My only suggestion is to have a better system and process so that Mike is isn't the only one talking to people and checking credit scores, answering phone calls, and running all over the place. If there is a way for him to briefly greet people that walk in and then go back to the customer that he was helping and then sign them off with someone else that can finish the transaction, so he can move to the next customer. Other than that I would recommend this place.

Thought it was going to be thousands and it ended up be hundreds great staff very trustworthy I will buy my next car or truck from them

FH Dailey is like no other!

I look forward to taking my car in for service every time it's due! The quality of service and customer service is like no other. I have recommended friends and family to buy and service their cars here and they are absolutely indebted to me according to them for recommending such a wonderful place. I recently did a trade up on my truck and couldnt be happier with that decision!!!

Chevy Blazer

I was looking for a new Blazer. Since they are new there isn’t very many on the lot and they seemed to be sold quickly. The salesman kept in contact with me and looked around to other dealerships to see if they could make a trade for what I wanted. They ended up finding the perfect car for me and they were very good at working with me on a payment I could afford. It was a great experience.

No show appointment and Truck wasn't on the lot

I made an appointment to view/test drive their new Trail Boss Silverado at the dealership (I was intending to buy today), but when I got there not only was the salesmen not there for my appointment, the truck isn't even in the COUNTRY. They're still building it in Mexico. Thanks for wasting my time today F.H. Dailey Chevrolet. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Brakes replace on 2008 CTS Cadillac great job

New Brakes. Customer service was great. I always have a great experience. They made me very comfortable while I waited. Keep me posted on everything that was going on with my brake job.
