We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and it turned into one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. My husband and I had just moved to the state, have a baby on the way, and urgently needed a reliable vehicle. We worked with Nate and Eric. When we test drove the car, we noticed it was completely on “E” with almost no gas, which limited how long we could drive it. Looking back, this feels intentional. During the short test drive, my husband noticed the check engine light was on. We asked Eric about it, and he took it to their “mechanic” to check the code. He came back with a screenshot claiming it was only an O2 sensor and said it was an easy fix. My husband asked multiple times if that was the only issue, and we were reassured it was. Based on that, we paid for the car in full. Not even far enough down the road to reach the interstate, the oil sensor light came on and the car started acting strange. My husband stopped at AutoZone and found there wasn’t a drop of coolant in the vehicle. After letting it cool down and adding coolant, it immediately poured out onto the ground because there was a massive hole caused by a blown head gasket. The car started smoking, wouldn’t restart, and we were stranded two hours from home. We had to pay for a tow truck just to get the car back. When my husband ran his own code reader, over 10 codes appeared — not just the “O2 sensor” they claimed. It also became obvious someone had already been working around the head gasket area, which makes it very hard to believe they didn’t know about this major issue beforehand. We called, emailed, and left voicemails immediately, but got no response. After multiple follow-ups over the next week, we were repeatedly told “the boss is in a meeting” and would call us back. That never happened. When my husband finally told Eric we would be reporting this to the state for knowingly selling a defective vehicle, Eric laughed and said, “I wouldn’t do that, it will be no help to you at all,” before hanging up. We’ve now had to take the car to an independent mechanic and are facing the cost of a full engine replacement — nearly the same amount we paid for the car. This dealership sold us a vehicle they appear to have known was seriously damaged and then completely ignored us when we tried to resolve it. The fact that the car was on empty, had no coolant, and had obvious pre-existing work done around the blown head gasket makes this feel incredibly deceptive. Please be extremely cautious if considering buying here. I wish we had paid more attention to the reviews beforehand. Based on our experience, I would not trust this dealership or the salespeople we dealt with.

Jason helped me find a car that works for me. It had an issue and they fixed it before I picked it up. Yes, some cars are not in great shape, but you need to inspect them yourself.

Walked in and greeted with a pretty rough area to do business. A salesman met me and I told him the car I wanted to see. He went and got it. I took it for a drive came back and said I want it. He started working with me and like 3 other customers. Pretty unorganized. I was there from 1:00 to after 5:00. Overall Jerred Miehlke was nice and helpful. I left and drove 1 1/2 hour home and engine light came on. Jerred did say cars go through no checks. If they drive we sell them.be careful and check out the vehicle extensively. I do like the car good price just sharing the salesman was weird. I bought a brand new car in less than 30 minutes before so this was rough. Overall I think I did ok. Just be ready for a very long process. Come early if you live some distance away.

A very busy dealership. Every vehicle I test drove had very low tires, check engine light on and other lights on. It was a very cold day!
