Enjoyed the approach to informative guidance without heavy sales tactics. Let's the car sell itself. No heavy pressure at all. In fact very happy to allow us to test drive a variety of models to ensure we got all our questions answered.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek Service Department. I brought my car in for a service related to the ambient lighting, and when I picked it up, I noticed a scratch on the inside of my windshield, right on the tint ? exactly where they had been working. I spoke to the manager, Zach, who assured me he would review the security camera footage and get back to me regarding reimbursement. He specifically told me I would hear back from him on Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went ? and I never received a call, follow-up, or any kind of update. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I also had a horrible experience with their loaner vehicle process. They nickel and dime you for everything, and don?t clearly explain what you?re being charged for. It?s a total ripoff. Overall, the service was terrible, the communication was nonexistent, and the accountability was zero. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership for any service needs, and definitely do not take a loaner vehicle from them unless you want to be charged unfairly.

We went there to buy a used Genesis but we ended up

We went there to buy a used Genesis but we ended up buying an almost new Mercedes :) Omar was great at explaining things and we never felt pressured about anything. Highly recommend this delarship!
