The worst experience ever, I got a car and I can’t use it

The worst experience ever, I got a car and I can’t use it because the tag is not with the car, and whoever does the tags is on vacations and they use a third party, that company doesn’t answer either… Jasmine sales agent absolute disrespectful. They lied to me, they told me one price which wasn’t true, delivery was awuful, people didn’t speak English. They told me I had complimentary service attached to my vin and it was also a lie, I have everything written. Denouncing this to the business bureau. this has been a nightmare.

I have reached MB, I tried contacting the GM John Caradang, you, Chris from out of state sales. I left messages several times and none of you had the decency to give me a call back. The assistant of Leah (I believe her name was Lili, reached out to me before this review and implied that what I was saying it wasn’t true that no one could have said to me for example that I had complementary maintenance, well if they don’t know what they are doing there it is not my problem, I was lied to before signing the contract and told differently after, let me tell you Leah that I have records and screenshots of everything including the sales agent specifying that I do have complimentary service. On the 14 I have to may py second month of the lease and I still don’t have license plates, I can’t even use it. No one cares for you after signing the contract. THIS DEALERSHIP doesn’t car AT ALL for customers, it has brought me nothing but an unpleasant experience

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz from

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. I was promised two keys but received only one. The rear trunk floor panel was hidden under mats and later found broken. The rear subwoofer does not work. Registration paperwork was mishandled, leaving me without a registration or even a temporary placard for weeks. I cannot legally drive the car. Every time I try to resolve one issue, another appears. Communication from the dealership has been poor, and my emails have gone unanswered. This is not what I expected from a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz or from a dealership representing the brand.

My experience at your dealership was one of the worst I?

My experience at your dealership was one of the worst I?ve had with Mercedes. I?ve been a customer since 2011, starting in Europe and moving to the USA in 2017. I was treated poorly and forced to buy optional items. For example, you sold me anti-theft protection just to make money, even though my G-Wagon already had it installed. I?ll cancel it. I?ve also been fighting to remove the car interior and exterior protection, which was chosen for me by a sales representative. In summary, my purchase experience was awful. The sales representative was rude and unprofessional. I?ll take it further because I don?t appreciate the way I was treated.
