Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! They don't deserve any stars. Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek sold me an unsafe/undrivable 2021 Volvo XC90 Recharge Inscription. It's been sitting at my local Volvo dealer for several weeks due to a very serious open recall involving the hybrid battery - which has the potential to make the vehicle spontaneously combust! It could take up to a month to get the parts/make the highly complex repairs to the vehicle. The Volvo dealer would not even allow me to take the vehicle/bring it back once the parts were available because the car was deemed unsafe to drive/house!! Did Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek know how serious the recall was prior to selling me the car? Also, MB of WC misrepresented how the car was to be shipped from Northern CA to Southern CA. I paid top dollar to have the car delivered and pick up my trade-in; however, it was delivered on a trailer towed by a pick-up truck. Lastly, MB of WC didn't disclose the vehicle had mismatched tires, was missing the hybrid charging cable and the cargo cover - which are standard items on this model. I've contacted both the dealership/parent company Sonic Automotive, but they've been ignoring my communications. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Car buying process took too long even though we already

Car buying process took too long even though we already agreed on a price beforehand. In addition, the car was not detailed properly. It looked like it was washed in a rush. For a supposedly luxury brand, I didn’t feel luxury at all

Very unhappy with the salesman, before the contract was

Very unhappy with the salesman, before the contract was signed, he was calling us every few minutes but never returned any calls after the car got delivered and they received the down payment. Very unprofessional, never seen this bad service from any other Mercedes dealers!! Sorry to say that it wasn’t a very pleasant experience with the salesperson.

I bought a $30k used car from them.

I bought a $30k used car from them. They didn?t do any cleaning whatsoever before handing me the keys with just enough charge to get home and no way to charge it since Tesla takes awhile to approve new owners on their app to be able to use a Tesla supercharger. It came with a charger but it wasn?t long enough to reach my power outlets at the house without rearranging my garage. Had to hire movers on a Sunday just so I could get to work on Monday. Not fun. Upon taking delivery, there was the same trash in the back seat I saw during the test drive. Kinda strange that they don?t clean the cars anymore before you take it home. They removed the physical license plate and put it in the glove box and put a paper tag on the car. No explanation was given so I don?t know what to do with that. The handshake deal was for X dollar amount but you get back to finance and it magically changes by $80 with a sleazy reason behind it. Oh we had estimated the DMV fees. Bro. You knew what car you were selling me, not my problem you didn?t look up the fees when we were making the deal and you put it in writing. I hate that nonsense. The tire pressure monitor is broken. Why not fix it before letting someone leave? The seat adjustment levers are also broken so the seat doesn?t sit upright and the base doesn?t move backwards. There was clearly no real inspection or servicing done before sale. Wow.
