THEY DONT WANT TO SELL YOU A CAR! Called this dealership multiple times all of which I was given incorrect information except once. The last time I spoke with Ozzy and did get information but zero follow up and I was ready to buy multiple vehicles from the dealership. They obviously could care less whether they sell vehicles. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I saw this 2014 E550 online.
I saw this 2014 E550 online. I was in San Diego but the car was $2300 under Blue Book with only 56,000 miles on it. I sent an email and received a reply before the dealership even open from their Internet Sales Manager, Bao. He sent me photos and a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He provided every detail and was honest about everything about this car. I scheduled a pickup appointment and bought a ticket to Oakland. Bao greeted me and showed me the car. It was exactly as described. We chatted together while awaiting the sales manager to complete the paperwork. He programmed my phone into the navigation system and I began the long drive to San Diego. He even called several hours later to ask how my travels were proceeding and again the next day to ensure I had arrived safely. I cannot recommend Bao more highly to potential buyers. He is worth the trip if you do not live in the area!

Overall a very transparent and friendly car buying experience. We had to wait much longer than anticipated but I only took off one star since they were under-staffed on a Saturday.

This was our trip here to buy a car. Jamiel Medina took us for test drive and then we came back to the dealership to get all the paperwork done. Throughout the all process, Jamiel was friendly, patient and professional. He took the time to explain everything in details so we can understand. We greatly appreciated that.

Sold me a car that broke down within in 24 days, major
Sold me a car that broke down within in 24 days, major engine failure, horrible communication and refusal to send me any paperwork or invoice for the two times the car was brought in, sales manager was rude and unprofessional.
