Always professional, honest and courteous. Easy to book online and they’ve honored anything under warranty with no hesitation. They make sure to be through so one visit covers everything from recalls to basic maintenance without having to rebook for another day. Very responsive in notifying when car is ready.

The pressure to upsell services in infuriating. I sent my wife in to get an oil change and tire rotation and she came back with a $1875 service on things we did not need or want. The only reason I didn’t give a single star is because they were punctual and did what we asked. Thankfully when I convinced her to go back down and put in a stop order we only ended up paying 700. Support a local mechanic unless you are doing warranty work.

The staff at downtown Soubra Oakland is always professional and courteous. I trust them. This fortunately was a minor problem and maintenance visit, and it was less expensive than I thought it would be, as my car is nearly 20 years old and I am used to paying a little more when I go in for a problem. Everything went very well, except that they were running a little late the morning of check-in.

Rich and his team are the best there is, they make this service center what it is and instill confidence baked in concierge level customer service. I always feel like I’m with friends when I come in.
