I would give zero stars if I could ~ terrible experience
I would give zero stars if I could ~ terrible experience ~ car needed to be returned 3 times because of their errors. Contacted the Service Manager & General Manager on 9/23/25 it’s 10/7/25 & still no response! Beware

It was a complicated process and Tom Smith made it very simple. The repair required me to make an insurance claim and Tom did most of the work to schedule with the adjuster and get the insurance payment. I am thankful he is my service advisor
