New Ford purchase

We were looking for new Bronco Sport after studying various reviews; had settled on a model and trim level. Henry Curtis Ford was one of 3 local Ford dealers to contact us. Their salesperson gave us information we needed and they were very receptive to matching Carvana's trade in offer on our old car. We were allowed to take a test drive by ourselves. Since we were looking to buy, we never felt pressured. The trade in offer was fair and Ford offered 0% financing and they were flexible about taking a check, allowing us a week to set funds in place. Was not intending on walking out with a new car, but they made it happen. 5 stars. Would buy from Henry Curtis Ford again.

My 2010 Ford Fusion had a brake problem which this shop

My 2010 Ford Fusion had a brake problem which this shop “fixed” temporarily, then when it occurred again, charged me to diagnose it but claimed they couldn’t fix it. I looked online and discovered the problem and the fix described in an ABS recall. However, there’s also hundreds of complaints that people had the same problem but their car, like mine, was not included in the recall. When I brought this to the attention of this shop, they refused to consider the ABS fix described, though my vehicle had the identical problem as in the recall, and said they would stick to their technician’s faulty diagnosis and were unable to help. Ford is stonewalling customers with this ABS problem, and either this shop is as well, or they are just stubborn and their technicians unskilled. For sure their service department can’t even seem to do a cursory internet search. I will not be spending any more money in this shop. Terrible!

Henry Curtis Ford is the best dealership to purchase a vehicle their friendly professional sales staff are all extremely knowledgeable and have soo much patience dealing with my family, with my kids and indecisive wife! The best car leasing experience I?ve had

I was helped by some of the most respectful and honest sales staff when leasing my Explorer. They explained every detail of the deal clearly and patiently while showing me which deals make more sense for my criteria. The sales manager, Keith Jones was very pleasant to work with and I would certainly go back when I am in the market again.
