I've been wanting an Acura TLX when Acura announced discontinuing the model for 2026. I emailed Edmond Kim months before coming by to see the car. He was very considerate & patient when making a decision if I wanted to buy the car. I ended up purchasing the car after reaching a deal that I'm comfortable paying for. The finance manager was amazing to work with, and probably the best one I've ever worked with. Shout out to Jean-Pierre for making the finance part of the deal stress-free & a pleasant experience. I've always dreaded the finance part of the car-buying experience, but Jean-Pierre was top-notch in taking care of the customer. Thanks so much!! The whole staff at Marin Acura are amazing to work with. I even met the General Manager, and she was also had a vibrant pleasant aura about her. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a new Acura. Make sure to ask for Edmond when you come here. Thanks Marin Acura for my new TLX.

I would like to give a great big thanks to Christine at Marin Acura! She made my first car buying experience simple and easy. Was very nice and caring. Told me everything I needed to know and didn't pull any hassles. She was amazing!

The sales person was excellent-Christine Brown. She followed up with a quick fix it after I had purchased the car -used, as is. But a small oil leak due to needing a new drain plug. Problem solved next business day. Christine was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable- and no hard sell tactics. I have purchased over 25 cars in my life [ at least 12 new] including an Integra from same dealer over 30 years ago. This was a used car for my grandson, a nice safe BMW.

One of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had in buying cars and I have bought a few cars. Alex and Christina are A1 no funny business at ALL.. Great deal

I recently had the pleasure of working with Christine Brown at Marin Acura, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. She had a deep knowledge of the various model I was interested in, and was able to explain the difference in features. she was honest and straightforward, and made me very comfortable throughout the process. Jean-Pierre was also ease to work with on my paperwork, he was upfront about pricing, additional cost, and financing options, I didn't feel any pressure about him trying to upsell anything that I didn't need. I highly recommend Christine's service and this dealership.

Christine Brown and the Jean Pierre were great and very helpful in getting me my 2024 Acura RDX ! Made the process very easy,and very knowledgeable and made sure I was well taken care of. They even help held my car for almost week and even stayed late after hours to accommodate the the long bay area traffic commute going to the dealership. Thank you so much! 5/5 Stars!!
