This was our first car buying experience as a couple. Rob Rocheford was wonderful to work with. We visited Alexandria Volkswagen twice before our purchase date. The first day we drove three VW Atlases. On our second visit we wanted to try the Cross Sport. Rob spent time doing research on their inventory so we could make the best of our time spent. On Saturday we showed up and were ready to purchase a CPO Cross Sport. Rob and the finance staff talked us through the process and made sure we were comfortable. Sorrell helped me to learn everything about the bells and whistles on the Tiguan. He gave me a number. I checked around and no one could beat it. At the last minute I told him I wanted to throw in some accessories that were greatly discounted at a nearby dealer. They honored that dealers prices and installed the parts for me.
