I purchased a Taos from Zahra, and could not be more

I purchased a Taos from Zahra, and could not be more happy with my purchasing experience. The entire process was very smooth, and the entire staff very accommodating. Great transparency and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She confirmed a time for the test drive, and had the cars I was interested in ready to try out. I appreciate your great work. Will most definitely purchase from here again!

I bought my first car about a month or so ago at this

I bought my first car about a month or so ago at this dealership with Rob Rocheford. It was a great experience and he answered all of my questions, however I unfortunately did not look at the JD Power vehicle valuation beforehand. I think in some ways he took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding cars and sold me the car at a price he knew was way too high. As I said this was my fault, but I recommend anyone going in to ensure they have a good understanding of how much the used car is actually worth-and negotiate! Regardless, I do love my car and learned a valuable lesson.

I got a new Tiguan 2024 today and Zahra from Alexandria

I got a new Tiguan 2024 today and Zahra from Alexandria VW helped me. She was very professional, friendly and helped me find the car with all the features I was looking for. She was very kind and patient through the whole process. Zahra also did not let me leave until she helped me pair my I phone to the car to have the VW app working. She made sure I left the dealer with everything set up. Thank you very much Zahra, I appreciate your care today.

I purchased my vehicle on June 8th 2024.

I purchased my vehicle on June 8th 2024. The vehicle I was interested in sold the day before and ironically the same happened to another woman in the dealership at the same time. I asked for what inventory meets my criteria, I saw one car and PURCHASED. Well the car had a DEFECTIVE rear view mirror. I was advised they would put one in place (wires exposed, and if you have to brake a little hard IT FALLS DOWN) until a new part came in. WELL I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PART, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TAGS, AND I had to go to the dealership a second time. The experience was so negative, and down right discriminatory that I will need to do a separate review for each department I encountered. PLEASE NOTE I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER or followed up with by the SERVICE MANAGER, after several request. I HAVE A VEHICLE THAT SHAKES AT OVER 60MPH, SQUEAKY BRAKES, and A FALLING REAR VIEW MIRROR. Please note all these issues were detailed in a message to the service center in EMAIL, and reviewed in two conversations with MIKE WELCH within the first 10 days of purchase. In our last conversation MIKE laughed about how he FORGOT to order my part, THE CAR WAS PURCHASED 90 DAYS ago. A rear view mirror is a safety concern, and my brakes are the same. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IF YOU CAN JUST AVOID THEM, when leadership lacks professionalism there is no hope for the rest of the organization. I have spent hours trying to get things squared away, this is not how a car buying experience goes, EVER!
