GOT interested in a used car for sale through cars.com. i called Payless and spoke to a salesman inquiring about the car. i was very interested and asked if he would negotiate a better price. His response : we don't haggle:. enough for me to go elsewhere

I haven't bought a car yet. I was treated like a priority customer. Mr. Isaac Song patiently listened and took notes for what I was looking for. He suggested I test drive a few vehicles. He said you might find a vehicle that meets your needs that you didn't know even existed. He took the time and I will be back to look at some more vehicles.

I had an excellent experience with Rob at Payless Car Sales. I traded in a 2017 Ford Explorer and purchased a 2023 Nissan Armada. I received a fair trade-in value and obtained the used Nissan for a good price. Rob was polite, listened to my input, and helped me test drive two different vehicles. The vehicle I had been exploring was sold so Albert took time to help me find something that benefited my family but fit in my price range. There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed.
