A great experience as always. I was told the service would take approximately 90 minutes and the service took 90 minutes. Everyone I had contact with were professional and knowledgeable.

Took vehicle in for engine noise, Service Advisor call once diagnostic was completed. I was given all my not and price. Overall good customer service price quote also accurate.

I was Lodi Honda doing a radio update, oil change, and tire rotation when I was pondering the latest 2024 Accord. Michael Malaivanh answered many of my questions and NEVER hesitated to show me all the available Accords. Even tho it was raining he still showed me around with out Pressure of buying. I’m in sales myself and being pressured blows my mind. I highly recommend this dealership.

We always love our service we receive at Lodi Honda. Our maintenance light came on and I called for an appointment the night before. Juan Sanchez squeezed us in at 8 o'clock the next morning, & our car was ready by 9:15.

Lodi Honda is always helpful and knowledgeable. Zahida did an amazing job helping us and letting us know exactly what we needed. The service department always goes above and beyond. We will be returning in the future.

Everyone was extremely friendly and very accommodating and caring! I was treated exceptionally well. They had my air conditioner fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lodi Honda.
