The only reason why I returned to this location was I had

The only reason why I returned to this location was I had a coupon off my next service at the specific dealership. My experience before this was the worse I’ve ever had in all my years going there and I never received a call back from the manager like he guaranteed.

Sales person Nicolas was excellent.

Sales person Nicolas was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and setting it up. His explanations were clear and concise. I never felt pressured to buy. Buying a vehicle without a spare tire was almost deal breaker. Honda vehicle designers and engineers need to find a solution. I also thought the honda financing was very poor. All the other car companies have 0% for 60 months. Should have bought a Lincoln.

Ian was a great salesman.

Ian was a great salesman. However, once we struck a deal, the number mysteriously increased by $1900 in the finance office. Instead of checking with the front end, the finance guy tried to convince us the agreed price was wrong. Combined with the speed at which he was whipping though the paperwork and signing for us on the e-sign screen, my impression is that it was a deliberate attempt to change the agreed price.
