Vida and Martin in Sales were pleasant, professional and

Vida and Martin in Sales were pleasant, professional and most importantly, not pushy. On my first visit to the dealership, I intended to meet with Martin, but he was with another customer so Vida helped me. My wife and I took the truck for a test drive and I gave Vida feedback about the condition of the truck I was considering. From that feedback, she was able to get their detailing staff to buff out the majority of the obvious paint scratches that were of concern to me. She texted me follow-up pics the next day and the truck looked much better; she invited me to come back to look at the truck. I went back to the dealership two days after my initial visit (after texting with Martin about the truck price), and even though Vida wasn't working, Martin assisted us in walking through the buying process. He was knowledgeable about the truck, and had a natural ability to interact with my wife and me, putting both of us at ease. Guillermo in finance was great as well. He did his job by explaining to us in detail the various add on protection coverages and even though we declined all of them, it was nice that he wasn't overly aggressive in trying to sell us the additional coverage. The price was more than fair and their customer service was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant buying experience.

Kevin my Advisor allways gives me excellent sertvice. My car was serviced quickly and returned when promised. I purchased my 2017 RAV 4 at Merced Toyota. I would highly recomend this Dealership.

Advisor Kevin was great.

Advisor Kevin was great. Had oil change and brakes put on my car and it was done in a timely manner. Everyone there is friendly.

Kevin K. is such a great adviser! I contacted him the night before and left a message with the issue I had with my car. He sent some a message first thing in the morning to bring my car in the same day. They fixed the issue and we’re done in three hours. My car is back to running and I’m better shape!
