incompetent Manager and staff
I left my 2022 car with them for repairs and 1 week timeline went to 4 weeks because everytime I come to collect my car they didnt do job well and also started ruining my otherside of car and when I showed them they completely denied by saying we havent worked on other side and the lady who is calls herself manager Kelly beware of her she is racist and will make sure she harass you for her staff mistake and put there faults on you and ruin your brand new car I would definitely persue all complains legally to them andI would never go to this shop and save your bucks because these guys are incompetent they should open a bicycle repair shop because they dont know a jack about repairs and will treat you like as if they are customers

Heritage Ford Modesto is Great

Heritage Ford Modesto is Great
Very fair to almost generous trade in value. Good new car price. Most importantly great people to deal with. No pressure, ver helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this Ford dealer. The service department has a lying jerk for a service
The service department has a lying jerk for a service writer. (O.J.)He will say one thing over the phone, then hose you once you give him your vehicle. I will never set foot in that dump again.

Very bad customer service in service department
The worst service department. You leave your vehicle with them to check the problem first they can’t find what’s the problem and when you call them back to see if they have found anything they don’t answer the phone that means they want to keep the vehicle for more days so they can charge you money for those day. The service manager is the worst person to talk to don’t know how to talk to customers. I will never recommend anyone to go to this Herring Ford. They are so many Ford dealers with friendly service like one in Stockton ca. very nice and friendly people in service and sales both. I had I very bad experience with heritage ford and will never go back to them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I worked with Omar, he told me several things were wrong with my Ford Escape. After telling him I wanted to get the service done at a local repair shop, he refused to give me a print out of what the official diagnostic found. Instead, he wrote on my receipt “purge valve and expected this to suffice. After taking it to a different car repair shop, turns out this is not even the issue. I am demanding my $170 diagnostic fee back.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this location. They have outrages prices for labor. I understand they need to get paid but they shouldn’t take advantage. The service rep wasn’t even trying to reason with the price. I’m over this place and their lack of empathy !

Pretty bad experience, came in to look at a 2020 Mustang GT and assistant sales manager Graham Wariso would not work with me on the price. Just a few days ago there was a heritage discount which he said was no longer on the table because “they needed to make money” but I thought Ford was looking out for Americans during this crisis? Apparently Heritage Ford cares more about money than they do their customers. I was ready to sign on the dot for the right deal but Graham didn’t want to make it. And no test drives? They “don’t want to add miles to their new cars” they didn’t mention COVID in the reasoning at all. I’m not sure if they thought I was too young to buy a car but I was treated unprofessionally and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Service is subpar
Service manager Nunie is rude and unprofessional. Just tries to get rid of you instead of actually trying to get a problem solved. He wanted to argue and was mocking me when I went to get a repair done on something a tech damaged. The sales people are actually good but I would never buy a vehicle from here just because of the service manager.
