Sale person is not honest and with no experience! 1. not give me promised price and ask me to come; 2. told me wrong milage until I sign the paper (he said under 30mi, actually 120mi) I asked him on the phone before I walked-in and he thinks it's not a big deal ; And said I'm the only one test drive this car, REALLY? 3. cheating me truck cover price, he said $1600 at first and he'll give me discount, i asked him to print out cover info, then I find online it was $1200; 4. I purchased car without cleaning which he said already cleaned, i msged him about footprint in the back, he said he'll make sure to clean it next time when the cover installed. 5. He is cheating me about cover delivery time, that's the only reason I bought the car at this location, so disappointed. 6. I called the manager the next week to follow up. The manager gave me a good explanation, but no any feedback after. Our family bought Lexus, G63, Porsche GTS and Honda, that's the worst experience I have never ever had. The only person knows how to do the work and professional is the financial guy.

My experience with Ricky and the rest of the front staff including cashiers has been very favorable.
