Waited 3 hours for an oil change and brake fluid change.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change and brake fluid change. When advised to change air filter, I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours! I have requested a car wash upon registration. The gal who took my car forgot to write my request on the order. When I asked her if it could be done, she said I would have to wait another hour!! Unbelievable! Other shops I’ve used give me a free loaner because they valued my time.

Honda made sure to do what they could in order for me to

Honda made sure to do what they could in order for me to leave with my brand new car and Stephan was a really big help so with that being said, they have the best quality service!

It’s absolutely amazing I live 3 1/2 hours away and I will always use Manly Honda in Santa Rosa as long as I keep getting Hondas ! They always give me the Best Buy and send me my new car to my house !!!
