Some cars on website were not available on the lot.
Some cars on website were not available on the lot. Dealership would not negotiate on pricing and gave low dollar on trade in. We did eventually get the car we were after and so far are very happy with the purchase.

My service advisor was rude and took forever to get me
My service advisor was rude and took forever to get me checked out. She let at least 3 people that came after me leave before I did and my car was sitting there finished. I didn't have my pay for my service because it's in my payment so I was waiting for nothing. I will not be going back to the service advisor I had again.

Lo siento, te sientes así; nos esforzamos por mejorar cada experiencia de servicio. Primero, no tenemos citas; programamos horarios para el check-in de nuestros huéspedes. Y se le hizo plenamente consciente del proceso en su caso. Está regresando para reemplazar piezas y calibrar sistemas. Eras muy consciente del tiempo necesario, y seguías diciendo que esto debería tomar unos minutos y te dijiste que necesitaríamos hasta cinco horas. Su situación es especial; usted tiene un alcoholímetro de interbloqueo instalado en su automóvil que aparentemente no se puede apagar durante períodos mientras recibe servicio y requiere que lo sople cada 10 minutos mientras el vehículo está funcionando, eso es un gran inconveniente para nuestro técnico y para usted, pero Le dimos la bienvenida con el establecimiento de las expectativas adecuadas y le dimos lo mejor. Te he ayudado personalmente y he tenido innumerables encuentros, en su mayoría positivos. Siempre te he tratado con el mayor respeto e integridad. Hago mi mejor esfuerzo para explicar el "PROCESO", para que ambos ganemos. Como saben, está programado para el viernes nuevamente a la 1 p.m. para intentar todo esto nuevamente. I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation but I
I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation but I was charged almost three times another customer getting the same service. Because of the extra services that I was charged for and did not want, I am having extra trouble with my allergies and asthma while driving long distances. Customer service is not acceptable for me to return.
