Good Morning,I bank with Chase. I have a credit score...
Good Morning, I bank with Chase. I have a credit score of 793, as indicated on the paper work you provided me. I made it clear to Josh Feinberg that I preferred to get the loan thru Chase, as I bank there. Yesterday, I received an email notice from Chase Bank informing me that Mechanics Bank FKA CRB is my auto loan lender. Why? Also, with a credit score of 793, it would seem I’d qualify for a lower APR than 3.5%. Then of course there is, ‘’The Annual Percentage Rate may be negotiated with the Seller. Seller may assign this contract and retain its right to receive a part of the Finance Charge.’’ I’m hoping Josh will return my call and explain to me why my request to have Chase Bank as the Lender was not honored. I'm disappointed!
