It should not have taken 5 hours to complete an auto sale when I walked in with my own financing. We made an appointment and showed up on time. Not impressed.

We definitely strive for 5 stars in customer experience and when a purchase takes that long I know we failed in an area that is really the most valuable which is your time. We usually do much better in this area as evidenced by many of our reviews on DealerRater. Some of the current challenges have created some of these delays but are more rare than common thank goodness. We are committed to follow the necessary protocols put in place for the safety of our guests and employees and at rare times the sacrifice is time. More often than not we excel in this area as we understand the importance of our guests time and the lack we all have of it in todays busy world. The dealership was excellent, a great selection of vehicles, no pressure from sales, and a fair price for the vehicle. One small problem was a promise to receive floor mats was not followed through in a timely fashion. The sales person stated he was too busy to deal with me and told me he would get back to me. There was a lot of phone tag trying to find out when I was to receive the floor mats and it took days to finally receive them. When I did my car's floors were dirty. Once I contacted the sales manager I received the floor mats within the hour. He also should have installed them as they were tricky to install but instead just left them in the box and handed them to me.

I had fast courteous service. My car went in for an oil change and it was done before the time it should of been. It was easy to check in and check out. I didn’t feel like they tried to push anything on me when they were giving me suggestions as well. Overall a great experience
